They never get my name right :p but my drinks are always delicious! Today there was a line up of 5 or 6 people in front of me. It might as well have only been one person, as the lineup moved so quickly and smoothly, including online order pickups coming in. They were out of my go-to strawberry coconut drink, so the barista suggested an alternative that was equally tasty and refreshing in the heat. Something kiwi? Kudos to the staff at this location. I hope you guys know how much better you make the day.
(Updated from my new account)Stopped here today and still great(Original)This was my best experience at a Starbucks in Kitchener. Such a friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. You can tell they have a great team dynamic. Vanessa & Talya were extremely polite and had a fantastic demeanor.
I went into this location and was looking at the very few items they had for sale such as mugs and tumblers. There was noone else there in the store and the person at the cash kept saying next please repeatedly. I didn't look behind me but I assumed a line had formed. Then I happen to glance up and the person looks me dead in the face and says next please. I said, im looking at the tumblers and I am not ordering anything. She looked at me sighed and roled her eyes at me! I've never seen a person in a service position do that. Well, I won't be spending my money here today or any day in the future.
I ordered mango dragon fruit refresher today and I got almost 85% ice instead of drink?Google should add zero star option because they deserve less than one.
Very impressed! They are organized and the manager gets people in and out easily and no mistakes. They are especially good with mobile orders ?
They used my gift card. Said it was Nil balance and I paid from Cr Card. Since it was a gift card from work, I went back to mention it, who went back to check with Starbuck, reverted that the gift card was used on that very date. So I was charged on my gift card, and on my credit card too. This is my second bad experience at this outlet - and not sure if I'd ever want to visit again. :(
Love the Pumpkin Spice Latte, really delicious! Talia, Timothy and Vanessa are so lovely and cheery, it's sad that we have to go back to Scotland but.....looking forward to returning next year. ?
This is the 3rd time I ordered Irish cream cold brew and it is not the same as the ones I got from other branches.The cream is not rich at all, and it is like a regular iced coffee. I get this drink regulary from other branches and they are all good. But im this branch it is bad, really bad

Placed my order with SOY MILK. Sadly, after driving off and sipping it I noted it had milk instead of Soy milk, which I am very allergic too! You folks need to pay attention. I don't blame the barista as the cashier wrote my order on the cup. Granted it was free because their machines were down and I'm not looking for anything other than Starbuck's employees to do better. I have reported to their corporate head office. I have allergic symptoms now.
