A very nice and chill spot. Food and drinks were good! I am definitely going back. Service was fast .Lovely location too!If you are looking for an evening chill out alone or with friends ,surely a place to be .

I am giving three stars just because of great staff and by staff I meat servers. They are great at their job.But honestly chief needs some upgrades. I can cook way better, though don't know about customer response.I smelled some rancid odour on the stuff that I ordered. It's not my first time here, I love this location and place.But yes, cooking needs real improvement. I wish best for owner and chief and please try to upgrade your skills on serving and as whenever I ordered anything either it was cold or smelling rancid.
All 3 of ordered all you can eat boneless wings. First order took 55 minutes, next order 30. We steer clear of spicy and order carefully yet at least two order were incredibly hot (I'm quite sure it wasn't the sauce we ordered. So loud I had to scream across the booth to be heard, when I asked if it was always that Lou's I was told yes even at lunch service
For the first time in a long time we could get together with friends. We picked St. Luis Bar and grill. Great food, great staff, very friendly and accommodating. We had a group of 11 and two kids. And we had a great time. Most of us ordered chicken ? wings and fries ? mmm so good. Also kids hamburger and boneless chicken ? ? wings. Fish and chips, and ribs... Really it was all good. Located in the plaza on the corner of Fisher Halmai and Huron Rd it's easy to get to with lots of parking. Well be back!
As I’ve seen the regional manager commenting back, I decided to make sure to attach the correct location since it’s being asked..location - Huron Rd. Kitchener ONFamily of four - we went ordered pub grub.. here’s the list..-meat was not cooked on our wings- Skip the dishes orders were left on the bar waiting to be picked up, ( Very unorganized )- Chicken tenders were very dry and no flavour- onion rings had no flavour- Nacho’s loaded were not hot not even warm cheese wasn’t even melted on them..Unfortunately we will not be back, this is close to us and wanted to try it…
Just finished dining tonight and was honestly not impressed with the service/food. I had order the dill pickle spears to start, chicken taco salad, and requested no onions and a fountain pop as I was told it came with free refills my husband ordered the dill chicken sandwich. When the pickle spears arrived they were extremely overcooked and didn't allow for much flavour. The remaining of the food arrived and I noticed my salad had cut up red onions on it. Rather than requesting a new salad and having to wait, I just took them out of my salad. The rest of the salad was really very plain and nothing special. It also was supposed to have a side of salsa that never appeared. I would have loved a refill if the waitress had come back at all other than to take away our plates. At no point did she ask how our meals were or I would have voiced my concerns at that time. When she returned with the bill I did express my thoughts and her response was basically she was "sorry that it happened" and that next time I return, she would make it right. I don't plan on returning for some subpar food. The only reason it recieved one star is because my husband enjoyed his meal.
The food and drinks are great. There are some awesome waiters and some that ignore you. My friend and I used to go all the time, but after a few times in a row of being ignored and items not being brought to our table(yet still on our bill), we found another restaurant with both good food with consistently good service.
Staff is very friendly here and food is delicious! If you stop by here you MUST get their famous wings poutine!! Definitely will dine here again!
