Hun was stale chicken is thin and like rubber asked for maple syrup onions and couldn’t lift the bun because it was soaked in sauce and the staff were all extremely rude !! Save your money
Came here for fries and onion rings and it was seriously disappointing. They refried everything and took 10 minutes when nobody was in there. We tried a few and instantly threw them out. Never coming back again. Disgusting food.
We went in for our birthday burger. I have to say that the burgers were both delicious. The taste was fabulous. However, the fries unfortunately were over cooked. I ate them mine but my wife didn’t eat hers. The restaurant needs some TLC. The floors and the tables were a little sticky. Still I know we will most likely return.

First time writing a review in years… and that says something. The individual taking my order priced all the items individually and got upset when I asked why it wasn’t placed in a combo (after paying). He said I have to tel them it’s a combo and they wouldn’t refund me due to “no manager” being present.. after being persistent, they scrapped up change and paid me (from who knows where). The meal for two people was $44…. Two basic burgers with milkshakes. YIKES. Filthy, wilted toppings, and rude management. Don’t come here

This used to be a go to burger joint for us however the quality and management has gone downhill. Employees don’t care about the food and the place is filthy. It’s sticky everywhere. Even the chairs are sticky. Not coming back
Toppings on burgers were wilting. Fries were mostly black rotten parts of potatoes and the onion rings were thick and uncooked. Toilets seats in washroom broken with urine all over them.This place needs a health inspector to come in and shut it down.
I have been here once and never again! I went in and I ordered a Mountain Dew along with a chicken burger and fries. The burger and the fries were good. HOWEVER, there were numerous bugs in my drink! I realized when I was about to take a sip and I saw something moving down my straw. I took the straw out and I saw multiple bugs in the drink! I did not cause a scene and I just went back inside and told them about the bugs. The worker rudely dismissed it and rolled his eyes at me as if it were nothing and just gave me another drink. I feel that this is something that is not small and I fear for anyone else who may have not even noticed those bugs as I pay close attention to my food. What is even more alarming is the lack of care by the worker as if this is something that happens regularly. Disgusting experience and I will not be going back to this establishment.
South st burgers use to be good but this particular one is really bad. They gave me uncooked raw meat patty. Their toppings are not fresh. Found tomatoes were really old.I guess their sales have gone down during this pandemic and they really lost their quality. Wouldn’t go there again.
