I avoid giving bad rating. But this restaurant made me to write this. I was misguided by the rating. We ordered a take out for chicken Biryani.. The menu said it's a Hyderabadi Dum Biryani.. But it's no way close to any Biryani. We can surely say it's one of worst Biryani we had in the recent times.. that's not it .. it's over priced too .. and also the restaurant wasn't Hygienic... We just got disappointed when we entered the restaurant.. Our Friday night was ruined.
It was a great choice for us since we work all the time, it super easy since and we had a delicious hot meal everyday for lunch! Super affordable as well. Definitely try this place out, it's our favourite!
Sahar’s has been a staple restaurant in our household. The staff are incredibly kind and the food is delicious! It is a bit spicy, so just make sure to check in about a particular dish if you’re sensitive to spice. Thank you for years of tasty food!!!
Best Biriyani in Kitchener. Their chefs special chicken and mutton biriyani are awesome. Love their Chettinad Chicken curry as well.
Food was good but the hygiene was really bad! We were two people and both of us found hair in our food. There were also flies and one of them fell in my plate. I just felt so disgusted. So if you want hygiene then better don't go to this restaurant or if you're still okay just order it or takeaway.
Good portion with authentic flavors. Ordered Rogan Josh, plain Naan and Hakka Chiili chicken. Very pleased. Def visit again.
My favourite downtown place. The spice level is much higher than any other place I've tried in KW. The food does take a while to prepare when you're waiting there.
Great Indian cooking, spicy and flavourful. Sometimes ordering is slow. Speak slowly, many of the order takers do not have English as their first language.
I do not understand how people are giving theirs food 4 star review. Is indian food always about biryani NOWAY. Ok lets talk about what i have ordered after looking at best reviews through doordash. 1) 2 non veg thalis which will cost you more than $13 AND 2) Veg Thali $13. 3) PAAPDI CHAAT.Thaalis does not INCLUDE SWEETS, Overpowered cinnamon masala and spices looks like reheated food, naan was dry.Paapdi smelt like it was fried in same oil where they fry their meat options.I would never recommend this place. Well this is my honest review you can try at your own risk.
Best place in town! Amazing food, I would eat here every day if I could. I always reccomend it to my family and friends when I can :)
