I have been in this industry a long time. Outstanding service staff is a rare commodity … especially these days. Helen served me and she is FANTASTIC!!! Personable but not intrusive. Knowledgeable and a true customer service expert.The food was delicious …. But it is definitely Helen’s service that I will now be back for often! Job well done Red Lobster!
I called the Kitchener Red Lobster tonight. Apparently they claim to take reservations so I tried to make one! They said they accept reservations. So I tried to make one. Now usually establishments who take reservation do so in order to accommodate the potential guest. NOT HERE!!! My dinner is a celebration of my daughter’s upcoming wedding. She didn’t want a bachelorette party...just a dinner there with me. But because I was trying to make a reservation for 2 at 6 P.M. on a Saturday, I was told they couldn’t promise that they would be able to honor my request of a intimate, quiet table. WHY??? Because they also accept walk ins and those individuals will get first dibs on tables available. So if a hoard of people come in half an hour before my reservation time, I’ll have to wait endlessly for the table I want or take whatever crap table I can get. That’s not a restaurant that accepts reservations. So you should shouldn’t advertise that you do. Advertise as “first come, first serve...and don’t expect any special consideration for any special celebrations.” “We don’t accept reservations...deal with it.” I’ve been a guest at this location for many years. If it weren’t for the fact that this is the request of my sweet daughter...I wouldn’t even consider spending money there. My husband and I or any of our friends will spend another dime there.
There was so much food, amazing tasting and I love the cream coconut sauce for the battered shrimp. So good. The manager and our server were amazing and accommodating with our needs. Always a great Meal when I do get to go.
The location of this restaurant is beside the highway convenient but not that happening. As any other red lobster’s the menu is delicious. Love the biscuits and juicy lobsters. The waiter seemed very experienced and gracious. Management is taking care of this franchise location pretty well. Kudos.
Solid service and delicious food that lived up to the expectations. Would return again, even if it was just for the unlimited complimentary biscuits and a cocktail!
I have always loved this restaurant and my partner loves it now, too. Great food, good atmosphere, friendly and personable staff, and the amazing biscuits. We've started bringing the kids along as well and they can't wait to go back. There's a good kid's menu for the smaller children that still offers large portions for a good price.
First experience at Red Lobster:They have good customer service, but every time we need our waitress she was nowhere to be found. Assuming she was busy with her other tables because it was a Saturday night.The flavour of our meals were lacking a bit. My meal (lobster lover's dream) was very bland, and my pasta didn't have a lot of sauce (definitely not as creamy as the picture on their menu/online). Don't know if that's normal here. I also didn't receive my side of green beans, which was a bit unfortunate.The only thing I enjoyed were the biscuits and lobster artichoke and seafood dip. For the starter (dip), they give you a small amount of dip and pico de gallo - with a ton of chips on the side. Just feel like this could be portioned out better.Overall experience, not great but also not horrible - just thought it'd be better since it is an expensive dinner.

called to see how long of a wait it would be, was told an hour. I asked to be put on the waiting list and they wouldn't do it, ok fair enough. drive the 11 min it takes to get there and was told they weren't taking anyone else at all and wouldn't be putting me on the waiting list. I literally called to avoid this situation not like you guys care. awesome customer service.
The server was terrific! The stuffed mushrooms were very good but the calamari was chewy. I got the bar harbor feast and was so disappointed! The seafood was good but otherwise the pasta and sauce was very bland.
