Ordered a large order for an event. They talked me through their options to see which best fitted my needs and number of guests. Order was ready on time for pick up they even lent me one of their insulated bags to ensure everything was still hot when I got to the event. All the food was a hit. Awesome customer service.
I think the burrito bowl I ordered would have been good but for the chicken. Fake grill marks, fake tasting. Would not recommend the chicken. The rest of the ingredients were fresh so too bad the chicken ruined it. Speak to the supplier about a different product.
Large portions and tasty, better to eat in or tendency to get soggy quickly! Very nice owners and staff, family owned I believe!
My go to burrito place in Kitchener. Fresh ingredients. And their habanero mayo is second to none.
Horrible! No meat in the burrito bowl will NEVER order again. No resolution either! This meal was supposed to kick off my birthday week. I was so excited and had a great evening planned. Ordered online and got the Beef Barbacoa burrito bowl. Went over and picked it up. Also, got the Spicy Chipotle Street Corn and chips and queso. Got back home and ate the chips first. Those were good, but the cheese sauce they give you is very small. Not enough for all of the chips. The street corn was good, but VERY stingy on the cheese. This was an almost thirty dollar dinner for one. I said okay, whatever, is still good. I got to my bowl. As you'll see from the pictures, the bowl was only about half filled. I thought that was odd. I stirred it all up, noticed at first there was hardly any rice. Took a couple of bites and it just wasn't good at all. Something was very off. NO MEAT. That's great. Leave out the most expensive part of the dish, so I paid $13 for a half bowl of vegetables and lettuce. I called and he told me there's nothing he can do. He said they don't have a car to bring me a corrected order. He said 'next time' they will put in double meat. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Next time? There will be NO next time. This tastes horrible. I'm not a huge veggie person and without the meat it just sucks. I also asked for a spicy sauce, can taste none of that in there. I will NEVER order from them again. They ruined my dinner, ruined my night and, guess what...you partner with Skip the Dishes and Door Dash. I do NOT believe you have no way to send a corrected order to me. Horrible and they will never get a second chance from me. The tasteless pile of cheapo vegetables are going straight into the garbage!
Decided to have burritos today. The burritos were delicious. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the corn in my burrito. The corn was hard. The meat was juicy. All of my sauces tasted great.I would of given another star if I didn't have such hard corn kernels in my burrito. I'm hoping the next time I'm craving burritos, the corn won't be hard. I do enjoy corn in my burrito.
I ordered online for pickup and add all the toppings, well there we go, after reach out home and started eating that,find out there are missing toppings, taste like I'm eating boil items! I don't know how this store is still exists with service like this! I'll never try Quesada again,it was my first and last time for this brand!
In my opinion, a bean burrito should be more than 1% bean and less than 90% rice :'(
Ordered two burrito platters for our business lunch and we were beyond happy with the results. Nothing but positive feedback. Ingredients were fresh and the flavours were on point. Will be back for more meetings! Thanks guys!
Ordered burrito for the first time and arrived to pick it up, suspecting that i am vegetarian, they told i have added some sauces in my order which are not vegan. Although they prepared the order but realizing i will not eat it and my money will be wasted as ingredients were not vegan, they prepared burritos again. I know they took a loss but making sure customer experience is pleasant did everything they can. Such an awesome experience and kudos to the team working there for taking customer service to sky.
