Terrible service. Ordered online for delivery. Paid and tipped. after 1 hr I tried calling the store No answer. Drove over to the store. Find out they haven't even started my order. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. At least Domino's has my food sent to me.
I got my pizza exactly as I ordered it. Delivery was quick and the driver was very polite. Pyramid pizza is my favourite of all the different ones I've tried. The prices aren't too bad either. I know I can get 2 pizzas for the price of one elsewhere but I like Pyramid's crust and pizza sauce. It is mild but blends well with the other ingredients. For a person who is single, a medium pizza & a pound of wings is more than enough for me to eat for dinner. I always have leftovers for the next day's lunch. Delicious pizza & wings!!!
We ordered from here for the second time. Really great value in the combos. Generous toppings, good crust and sauce. Fantastic wings! Delivery was quick and everything arrived hot. I would like to see some real bacon, parmesan cheese and lemon slices in the ceaser salad.
Consistantly a good experience. The pizza is good, the people are always friendly, and the price is reasonable.
Why this place doesn't deliver to an address 1.4 km away il never know but I was just denied an order cause I'm too far? That makes no sense, the delivery guy was just pure lazy.
A bit disappointing experience. Ordered combo package that suppose to include 2lb of wings, and as amount looked small, I checked on scale and even with box it was just 1,5lb. Also they charged 1.7$ extra to put sauce on top... And drinks from bridge were all warm... I don't think I will return to that location again.

Every time we have ordered they are on par with amount of toppings, arrive hot and the wings are the best in town! Customer service is awesome, these guys need more than 5 full stars!

Firstly the staff that I spoke to had a very limited command of the English language it took repeated attempts to convey my order to them and with great difficulty i finally managed to get what i wanted ort so I thought. When , y order did arrive the delivery driver had tipped my order during delivery so all of my toppings were scattered into the box instead of on my pizza where it belonged, mistakes happen but this shows a lack of professionalism in their craft and a lack of respect for me. Then just to top off the night I ordered to lbs. of wings with my order and getting through to the staff exactly what i wanted well that was a challenge but eventually I did and when my order arrived they presented me with 1/2 a lb. at best. I called the establishment thinking thy would want to rectify this matter and instead all i got was discourtesy and disrespect. They refused to give me what I paid for and were quite rude. I was basically told to be happy with what i got and I was hung up on . So basically these ppl. are a bunch of disrespectful entitled dicks with no appreciation for a job well done and no consideration for their clientele.Their rude their ignorant and underhanded. I urge anyone who reads this review to seek your pizza and wings elsewhere don't let this type of malicious behavior stand. To the owners of this establishment I say this to you... You oughta be ashamed of yourselves, shame on you and I hope you get what you deserve
