I’ve been eating here since last year. Recently, after coming under new management, it’s totally horrible. Continuously from last 2 times, there were barely any toppings on the pizza and absolutely no cheese. It’s already clear that the rating is going down, I won’t be surprised, if it drops to 1 in next few months. It’s painful to see a brand with so much potential, going into ground..??
Not up to the level pf popular pizza, Waterloo location is far far better compared to this. You guys need to really improve hardly any toppings,pizza not baked well even though asked to baked well….
The pizza could of been better actually...I was really looking forward to this but it kind of Let me down the tandoori fish pizza was actually really good the others I had were lackluster especially the paneer it was terribly dried out and tasteless....the worst part of it was when I called the first time to the call center apparently I must of been asking too many questions or taking too long cause she hung up on me mid order either way probably won't be going backI would of given this place 2 stars but the Kitchener location can't control how calls are handled
This was my first time going to Popular Pizza location in Kitchener. I had gone to Ray Lawson location 2-3 times from Guelph. We ordered on phone and was ready for pick up in 20 minutes. The most important point to mention is the person at the counter Mr Parul Batra ,the way he greeted us ,the way he talked so respectfully,the way he presented Pizza was really commendable. My kudos to him and great appreciation .Another point I should mention to people of this area is the quality of Pizza is same as we used to have in Brampton .So they are keeping the standard ,good gob. Keep up the standard .Thanks
All I wanted was a plain cheese pizza! Best pizza ive had for the price in quite some time. The owner is very pleasant. I will be a regular for sure. ??

I was excited about chicken tikka pizza but slightly disappointed with the amount and size of chicken on pizza. Some friends (Regular customers from 2018) told the quantity size of chicken has decreased. Nonetheless, it was really tasty. Must try for anyone near the location ??
Order was not correctly done...We ordered two whole wheat pizzas with Cilantro and veggie toppings on it.But the Pizzas made with white dough which were so chewy and there was no Cilantro on it.Sauce and toppings were so light and no taste at all.The Dough tastes old/ over fermented.We had a very bad experience in this location.
Pizza was delicious. Location, just small and dirty, smelly. Indian music blasting, and seemed like customers up front were the last thing anyone cared about. Maybe avoid pickup and just order delivery to avoid the experience.
I ordered thou Uber eats. It was missing with coriander, garlic and ginger. Only with the extra sauce on the base. Don’t receive what I actually ordered. Called the store but nobody agreed that they missed it.Never gonna order again.
