We ordered via the App however when we got to the location, their system had not received the order. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and ensured that our order was ready for us within a reasonable time period. I've been to this location many times for family orders but by far, this was the best experience we have had with the staff. They are to be commended for getting things done right despite being extremely busy in the store with walk-in orders and online orders. The place is also extremely clean and well maintained. A pleasure to deal with them.

Today I ordered a 4 piece meal and paid 14.11. My chicken was not cooked thoroughly. I spoke to the manager and she said she couldn't help me because I touched the meal. How would I know it wasn't cooked without touching it? I believe this is a health code violation and will be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

Truly the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited. I Ordered mac and cheese, 3 tenders and garlic mayo. I was told they didn’t have Mac and cheese or garlic mayo so it should not be advertised that they do. I waited 30 minutes for my 3 pieces of chicken and when I received it, I went back to the car with my friends and we noticed that the one person got shrimp instead of chicken which they cannot eat and the chicken we received was not properly cooked at all and was partially raw. I also was not given my cup and when I told them I didn’t get a cup the manager yelled at the cashier and told her she keeps messing up and to do her job properly and was very disrespectful. This place is super poorly run and needs a health inspector to go in as they are not properly temping there chicken before serving which is a restaurant standard.

I love popeyes. Their food is amazing. However, this restaurant has had made me wait too many times for my food. I work in customer service myself and i know that sometimes it gets busy and delays are caused, so when it initially happened to me for first few times, I didn't hold it against them. But then there was a pattern and that is quite annoying. I'm not sure if the employees aren't working properly or if they are being short staffed. If there are less people in then get more employees in. Or it they're not working properly then push them to do it better or make sure that they are respectful towards other peoples time. I hope this restaurant improves on its delays.

I waited twenty mins with no explanation or apology as they served others and an Uber driver. They couldn't fulfill a basic order of classic chicken sandwich combo. Don't support this place go to other locations. It looks like I'm not the only person to have the same experience at this location.

This is my Tuesday go to place. They have a fried chicken deal every Tuesday which is not available in Uber Eats or Skip or even in their app!!! So have to visit the location to order my favorite chicken. I don't mind. Staffs are always nice and try to provide your order as faster as possible.

I love Popeyes, but I HATE this branch’s service. The works are slow and rude. They always manage to miss something from the order (trying to rip you off). The only reason I’m giving them a star is because the food is actually good I just wish the staff and service was better.

Always a hit or miss, this Popeye's is no exception. In the perfect world the food is one of my top choices, but every time i visit there's small annoyances that I never have to deal with at other fast food. This can range from overcooked/overbattered food, long wait times, or dubious service. I've arrived over 30 min before closing and the only thing available is sandwiches... I understand if it's 10 min to close but any more than that and the place should just close earlier.

Their management staff needs more training, they need to be able to identify when the whole batch of chicken has turned. If you cook a new order of chicken that's past its expiry date its not fresh.. it's still bad chicken. You have to throw away the whole box of expired chicken.
