I stopped in here today with my girls. Fresh pizza, it was so good. And the onion rings were fresh and delish. The older gent working behind the counter was so nice and friendly to my girls. Highly recommend.
The pizza is good , however every time I call to place an order the service I receive is questionable .The agents seem frustrated in general and short tempered if they have to repeat themselves .In most cases there is a very strong language barrier . Once you place your order there is no etiquette you get a quick “ bye “ and they hang up .I understand they are busy however … it doesn’t sit well .
Tried their new 10 inch creamy cheese pizza, it's ok but size not enough to get your hunger away.
3-star rating. Pizzas are not worth the price. The crust is so tough to bite on. Employees need to thoroughly answer or explain the varieties in store. It’s sometimes confusing how to tell them the order. But they have good choices on toppings and sauces. Still need to work on customer management and providing well-cooked pizzas.
Pizza was so tasty.. Even the crust is wow..But the person who take the order never warm welcome you.. Always behave like rude..And the night time they told they can't accept credit/debit.. Only cash. Luckily I have cash at hand otherwise I have to return without pizza..Your pizza is good.. Just improve your service and behaviour.
I don’t know who the guy who works Wednesday nights is but he’s the best employee they have. The guy has my pizza ready in 5 min every time.I will only order in Wednesday’s lol.Good pizza too
Every time I ordered Large Cheese pizza with one free toping (Special pick up) ? mouth watering cheese flavour. ? Do you wanna know price ? Ok only in $10 including tax. WOW. what a deal. I love it ?.
Worst experience ever. I have ordered earlier and last time the bruschetta was stale and I had to throw the whole pizza after that I have decided to give this a second chance but today I’ve ordered medium pizza with olive and green pepper and this time olives were stale and I have to throw the whole pizza again. This is ridicules. I would never suggest this place ever. I’m very disappointed.
Literally just had the worst slice of pizza in my life! One bite and into the garbage it went. Actually expecting to get ill. Raw dough , cold and uncooked meats and no cheese to be found
Hands down best Pizza location in all of KW area, Hamilton and GTA. Both in customer services and quality of food. I would even go so far as to say this pizza pizza has THE best pizza in canada.
