Ordered 2 large pan pizzas, received a medium. Talked to the cashier about my concern and was told that it's how they always make the Larg pans. Been going out of my way to drive to fischer Hallman but lately they've been shrinkflating their pizzas.
Ordered from here a couple months ago.. didn’t say anything but the pizza was under cooked. Had to throw it in the toaster oven. Ordered again tonight and it is under cooked again. Why am I ordering pizza and having to throw it in my own oven on arrival?? Waited over an hour for what I don’t get it
This store deserves less then 1 star..they made a mistake while making a pizza and then to cover up they just roast the toppings and spread on the pizza . Seems like green peppers wants to fly out from pizza..I wish i can gave them less then 1 star
This pizza hut used to be alot better. Now the place is filthy and I am not going to get takeout from there as I do not trust their cleanliness. Also the place is very disorganized with minimal trained rude staff who would blame you for their mistakes. Avoid this place if you can!
Great Pizza. Always. Friendly busy people. I think this is the busiest Pizza joint in the entire KW region. Busy place, but sure its yummy yummy. Italian clasic and grilled chicken arabiatta my favs. I also love butter chicken and bbq chicken pizza.They have always delivered on time. They even delivered in the nastiest of storms. I will never order any other pizzas as I have have gotten pizza from dominos with no cheese on it and pepperoni pizza from ginos with no pepperoni on it. I kid you not.
My order of 2 pizzas were completely burnt. I went back and a polite girl took it back and asked 15 mins to cook new one. New order was like shown in a picture, over cooked and almost no cheese. A guy from kitchen told me this happens when dough is fresh. I never heard before that you can serve a burnt pizza with almost no cheese because a dough is fresh. I had pizza from Pizza Hut in many different countries but this is my worst experience. Took a bite of it and a base was soggy and uncooked, this means it overcooked from top and base is not cooked. I did survey after this and no one from Pizza even bother to contact me. Really appreciate Pizza Hut for their customers service who don’t even care about their customers.
We never order from Pizza Hut anymore but decided to give it another try tonight. Wish we didn’t. Not only was our order wrong, the French fries we got were wet and didn’t even taste cooked. Wish I checked the reviews of this location before ordering.
1 star simply because dropping my hot meal off on my freezing cold cement door step in -20 weather isn't very professional. If I can be greeted by a cashier I can be handed a pizza by a driver
Ordered a pizza an hour and half ago. Never received the order Edit: Did finally get the delivery after almost 2 hours (1 hr 47 mins). My only gripe is I paid online and wasted 40 bucks.Tried calling the store - after 35 mins on hold, never got connected to the store. Called customer service and they couldn’t do anything but send a note with hope that the order gets cancelled.Well so long Pizza Hut… stay away. Find another Pizza store. Not worth the hassle.Edit: The pizza base was not even dough. It was frozen off the shelf stuff. Stay away!!!! Look at the pictures.
I don't usually order pizza hut as the price is atrocious compared to many other pizza places, but I like to order it maybe once a year. Pizza toppings done correctly, albeit a little too greasy, and not enough cheese on one of the two ordered. When paying I was told the price, and said I wanted dipping sauces, said the two, the guy behind the counter either didn't hear or understand. So I said again.. And again... And again, to a dumbfounded face. After like 2 minutes, he finally got the idea that I wanted dipping sauce. $50 for the pizza and someone who can't do their job. I won't be back for a while.
