Pizza was delicious! Lots of toppings, crust and sauce just right!The young lady made our pizzas "with love" !! ??
Usually pretty fast service when I order online for pickup. However tonight was incredibly slow. I waited 16 minutes before I left my house because it's a 4 minute drive. Arrived and she said it would be 5 minutes. Okay no problem, sat in my car for 8 minutes went back inside where she told me another 5 minutes..... its been over 30 minutes. I thought pickup was supposed be fast like 15-20 minutes. Food tastes fine but the service isn't so great lately
I have lived in Kitchener Waterloo area for a decade now and have not tried a pizza place as comparable to this one. My wife heard of this location and so we had to stop by.We ordered a party combo last night to serve our family of four and we hands down loved it. The pizzas were pipping hot and delicious. The prices are very affordable and the lady at the counter gave amazing customer service. I wish I could've taken pics off all the items we had but everyone just started eating as soon as the food touched down on the table.I normally do not do google reviews but I had to for this place on trussler. Thank you, Pizza Express! Will definitely be coming back.
Worse customer service they don't know what shawarma pizza is.They make Onion pizza and call it Shawarma pizza very very disappointing not worth to go its waste of money
Ordered 2 large was told 20 minutes, took over 40 minutes. I was understanding they were busy, however when I got home the pizzas were raw. I called the restaurant immediately and explained them the situation. My 2 year old son was starving and ate half a slice of pizza, we explained this to them and they stated to they will only remake one of the pizzas due to the other one being "eaten" and we had to return the 2 pizzas to them for them I guess inspect the fact that it was undercooked? I am not spamming them I was genuinely cincere on the phone and just really needed two properly cooked pizzas and I would return to pick them up and they were giving me a hard time! Honestly shocked, this is my first time trying this place and it was a display of some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Hope they improve, best of luck but I will never be returning, and caution customers of going to this establishment in the future.
No clue of customer service they don't know what shawarma pizza is... They lie They call this Indian onion pizza as shawarma pizza.. I feel I was lied to and they refused to refund. What a shame. Anyone know shawarma pizza please look at the picture and tell this guys.
I've only been in Kitchener for about a year now but I don't order from anywhere else. They're custom service is amazing. We've had their food for all major events as an added yummy treat. Prices even are amazing. I love toppings and they do not cheap out.

Can’t really give an honest rating based on just picking up a slice of pizza late in the afternoon. I had a pepperoni slice and I could tell there was ample sauce on which was somewhat drying up, but!, being ample sauce made it still passable after being heated up. So, that being said, I would go back and attempt a fresh piece or likely a whole pie. The sauce was very good and I’m sure when it’s fresh, it’s good. The fellow (owner?) working was very friendly and kind. That in itself lends itself to credibility in my books... maybe I’m just old school. Manners count!Well, finally made it back for a couple of pizzas. I can honestly say this is delicious pizza!! I love the sauce and my dinner party thought so too!I thoroughly enjoyed the pies! Tons of fresh topping and that SAUCE!! Friendly service, again can’t beat the price and just very nice, well done, tasty pizza. I’m a fan!!
Oh my goodness!! This was good! Lots of toppings. My family would eat two large pizzas from any other pizza store, but this place is worth the money as after eating one large pizza we were all full. This was our first time ordering from here and this is now our new favorite place to order pizza
