Even at closing time staff was so polite and they did not even rush to make my order. I don’t often see that happy face at other restaurants when I go at closing time. Good work Good Staff..Keep it up.??
I placed a order trough door past for pita chips and they were burnt and I asked for garlic ail sauce I was expecting it to be be a hummus with that flavour but it wasn’t ? I understand I got what I asked for but the mix of the burnt chips and tiny sauce I didn’t want that I ran out of half way trough the bag was horrible
Visit: 04/09/22 just after 5pmI eat at pita pit regularly but first time at this pita pit. It was the best tasting pita I've ever had. I think it was due to the girl who made our food, she was careful and meticulous with the way she made it. I don't know how but it was much better than any other.
I had great pita and awesome service .They do listen our requirements and suggest best for us….friendly i recommend this pita pit for sure.
I’m not one to leave reviews about a restaurant but this one is the exception, service was awful but everyone has bad days and I was willing to overlook that, until they mixed up my pita and the gentleman’s in front of me. I had brisket and he had steak, they accidentally put the brisket on his pita and realized they made a mistake, asked if it was okay to scoop it off, to which he said yes. so they scooped the meat off of his pita and onto mine with zero consideration of my opinion, not only was that poor practice but a quarter of the meat I had paid for was still on his pita. They never even thought of putting fresh meat on mine. Extremely poor practice and lazy aside from the obvious neglect of potential food allergies. Wouldn’t recommend. I will not be back to this location.
Horrible customer service. The lady looked miserable. I said Thank you twice and she just looked at me walk away.
They aren't cheap with the toppings like some places. Great service
Went in to pick up food for my nephew, just wanted the kids chicken pita. A older lady argued with me that it was only for children 10 and under. When I explained I was picking it up for my nephew who is 7 she told me that I was lying and couldn’t do it because he was not with me.Why advertise kids combos if you can’t order them.
