We really enjoyed dining-in this time! During Covid-19 we've had ordered-in and enjoyed every meal.We happened to drop in on a Monday and were pleasantly surprised that they offer half-priced appetizers on Mondays.We shared 4 appetizers and enjoyed every one: breaded mushrooms, calamari, quesadilla with chicken and toppings and delicious breaded onion rings. Service was excellent. We will be returning soon.
Went yesterday after golf (6 guys) for beers and wings around 3:40 Got there and felt more like we inconvenienced the wait staff opposed to feeling welcome. Researching the website it appeared there was a pint and pound special at 4 and we asked for the special and our waitress told us we had to wait till 4 to order the wings which was ok as it was only 15 minutes ( as if 15 minutes should make a difference) and would take the pint. Shen asked if I wanted a pint or a tall boy and when I asked what comes with the special she huffed and said she would have to check and walked away. She was totally unwelcoming, knew nothing about the special on the menu, or had any sense of personality being in hospitality industry. We waited for a few minutes for her to return and noticed after a while she was waiting on another table and completely ignored us. We left without placing an order or having any level of even mediocre service. Your loss was Chucks gain. Drove down the road to Chucks where we had a welcoming staff, good food, and friendly service. 6 guys (normally 8) at $30 - $35 each was at least $180 tab and $20 tip. We golf every Thursday and look for a place for a few beers and some food after, this place is now off our list. It’s a shame as I have eaten there before and the food is great, too bad the wait staff is not up to the level it should be.
First of all I will say the food has always been great. The service is inconsistent as I’m constantly seeing new faces and they either have never been in the industry or have lack of training. The last few times I’ve come in I was disappointed with our server in the bar, Ally I think her name is. Her lack of customer service is appalling, absolutely miserable she obviously doesn’t want to be there. This has been our experience more than once with her. Tonight however, I witnessed a patron being over served and driving, this is unacceptable, again another new face at the bar. Do better piper arms I will not be returning!
Missing food, rude manager and terrible communication. Would not recommend save your time and money and go elsewhere!
The lobster mac and cheese is to be AVOIDED. Waited over one hour for the order to be delivered via Door Dash only to have the lobster smell and taste like soap, then, on top of it being dry AF (did not eat). The cheese on the Mac was legit marble brick cheese, barely melted and the noddleds were doused in butter. Thank goodness my partner ordered the fish and chips and I could eat some of his because I threw my meal out, inedible. I would suggest to avoid the lobster mac and cheese. Happy Valentine's Day ❤️
If you're looking to eat, you should probably go elsewhere, ordered the Tikka chicken super small portion for 13$, spinach dip - the bread was hard as a rock, and the chips were wet.I ordered dinner before Apps came, unfortunately, because it was unedible. The ceasar salad was caked in sauce to the point I could not eat it.The Yorkshire was a flavorless puddle. Not to mention, we didn't get utensils until after food was here for a few minutes.Then, trying to receive service was nearly impossible.drinks were good though.
Not a great experience with the take out food. May have just been a bad night but there was a big line up of doordash/Uber eats drivers waiting to pick up when I got there. Seemed very disorganized.Food was already cold by the time I finally got it after 15 minutes or more. Most still was OK but the Calamari I got was like burnt mush and half of it was green peppers? Not good at all threw it out after a couple bitesWill have to give it a try again maybe dine in once everything opens back up but not a great first experience overall.
Amazing place! Just asked for an extremely spicy (off-menu sauce) and they came through. Super spicy and delicious. (About the same spice level as Duffs Armageddon wings) 10/10 recommend.
Kyla is the best server!! Super friendly, knowledgeable & always makes sure her customers are taken care of. Definitely my go to restaurant.
Came for lunch/brunch, even though our server, Kyla S, was covering the bar and entire bar section the service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back, hope to be served by her again.
