4.5Across from the Kitchener Market.Really clean!Nice people and fast service.Good prices and lots of selection.
At arrival, initially we were impressed and did like to give 5 but the pho threw us off at the end.So the place is very clean, service was quick and they were able to adhere to our request for customizing the menu items. The Singapore noodles was amazing though wish had more shrimp. The pho was ok with few beef and celery, the broth was super soar, it was almost like they failed by using too much tomato and I could barely finish half. Infact I tried to just strain the noodles and beef and veges.Other than that, the quantity for the price was decent for the location, and space is well setup for both couple or family dinning.I hope the owners can pay little more attention to quality of food and maintain everything else.
Tldr: I ordered #321 Rare beef and beef ball pho and shared Vietnamese Style pork and shrimp salad rolls. 100% would get the salad rolls again, tasted super good. Pho was also good, as I expected no less from Pho Dau Bo! Would recommend for quick and authentic Pho.I didn't realize I hadn't had pho for almost a year until I've decided to visit Pho Dau Bo today. I was extremely excited as I have previously (pre-pandemic) been here before and really enjoyed my food along with how fast the food arrived to our table. When it comes to Pho restaurants and their appetizers, it's really hard to know what to order. My friends have already tried some and said we should share the vietnamese style pork&shrimp salad rolls. THEY WERE AMAZING. Peanut sauce perfeclty complimented the rolls wrapped with rice papers, shrimp did not taste fishy at all along with lots of veggies. As for pho, I ordered the rare beef and beef ball pho. The broth was amazing, noodles were also great. One comment to add though is the beef was not as soft as I expected. Other than that minor issue, we had a wonderful (and quick) time at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for cheap and fast pho!
The staff is welcoming and friendly. I ordered a pad thai with spring rolls; pad thai had way too much cilantro and needed more sauce, it was very dry. As for the spring rolls, they are to die for and I will definitely be back for them - they also add an oil for dip, on the side.
I called them the other day when I was downtown and had been wanting pho for such a long time, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful in helping me place my order to pickup curbside. Called when I arrived and waited on the sidewalk for the gentleman to bring my order and help me in paying for it. Got home and had a nice hearty bowl of pho, omgggg it was fantastic so filling and delicious? . I will be ordering again from them soon. Oh I almost forgot I ordered 4 of their spring rolls with the dipping sauce as well.
Great place for some delicious pho and vermicelli. Located at the basement or lower level of the plaza. Large space with plenty of seating.Food was top notch. There is as nothing to complain about. We stopped by on NYE before they closed down for the day and were served promptly. They also serve Thai food and bubble tea here, but we didn't try any.
Don't hesitate, please go to this restaurant! The owners/servers were courteous, kind and friendly. Portions were large, cheap and filling with fresh ingredients. Service was quick. I accidentally left my wallet/purse behind as they were closing and they waited for me to return and pick up my belongings despite being closed already. I was visiting from out of town so their kindness could have been disastrous for our plans that night. The owner wouldn't accept any compensation for her time and kindness. I definitely plan to visit again and you should too. Thank you!
I have been eating here for years. Staff are always friendly. Food is generous and hot. I always get chicken pad thai with deep fried spring rolls and bubble tea. Check this place out.
My first time I did take out and the food was great. When I went to pick up the place looked very clean and owners were nice, so decided to dine in with my wife a few weeks later. Food was delicious, and very tasty.
We drove all the way to kitchener to get the 469 but they gave me the 468.I really really wanted the steamed egg and pork floss... both missing from the order because they gave me 468. They charged me for 469 though and on the bag they wrote 469 so it seems like it was the kitchen that messed up my order.I'm very disappointed as we traveled for this since our usual pho place didn't offer the steam egg and pork floss.
