Honestly was a bit disappointed. Given, for a place that had pho in the name, I didn't get any pho, so that's on me. I got the seafood padthai, shrimp vermicelli, and the shrimp+shreaded pork ?salad rolls. The rolls were great, the shreaded pork of it was pretty good, so I'm assuming the rest of their dishes with shreaded pork is probably good to go with. The padthai didn't have that much seafood in it, in that it was mostly just shrimp, but it was more of the ketchup tasting padthai that I'm guessing was just not for me. The vermicelli, I thought I was getting the one with both the shrimp and the pork, but it came with just the shrimp, so I found it pretty bland - but again, might just be me and how I chose what to get. I also found the noodles a bit undercooked. Overall, my experience was pretty meh.
The food is good but they hardly answer their phone and it usually goes straight to voicemail. We hardly ever eat in and always want to do take out but can never get ahold of them.
Great tasting broth. We always get take out and heat up the soup and meat at home. As one reviewer mentioned, check the basil and bean sprouts. We wash those at home as it's not always rinsed well. Overall a decent place.
An all around poor experience. Food was bland: pho broth was thin and tasteless; pork chops were overcooked and dry; spring rolls greasy. Service was disorganized and scattered. A takeout order we placed with our dine in order took almost 30 minutes to appear, long after we had finished eating, which meant we had to sit around, waiting. Just a poor dining experience, in both food and service. Can't recommend.
Great service, food is consistently great, good value for $$. Food comes out so quick too!
My all times favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The food tastes delicious, arrives fast and the staff is very friendly! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the KW area
This used to be my go to pho spot, until i went for lunch today. I finished half my bowl of pho, and put a basil leaf in my soup. Come to realize the leaf was infested with bug eggs. After waiting 10 minutes hoping for someone to come to my table, i had to bring my bowl up to the counter, to show them, just to be told i'm wrong and lying, & those aren't bug eggs, but its from something in the fridge. Yet those are CLEARLY bug eggs. I’m not stupid. Didn’t get one single apology, instead i was belittled.I understand you can’t control nature; bugs are bound to lay eggs on fresh produce. But what you CAN control, is cleanliness (properly washing and inspecting fresh produce), OWNERSHIP, and customer service.Extremely disappointed with my experience today, and will never be returning.Tip if you eat here, CHECK UR BASIL
We had Singapore noodles, spring rolls, beef noodle soup, mango bubble tea, and a jack fruit shake. It was all fantastic! Can't wait to go again!
We ordered food last night and we found a piece of a metal kitchen scrubber in there. Also got some of someone else's order stuff in our order and no rice. Beef and chicken smelt really bad, tasted like eating liquid metal, had some really wierd metal taste not possible to chew for love of God. Really awful. All ended up in garbage. I don't usually write reviews but this is just disrespect. We want to support the local business owner but this makes it impossible.
Super tasty! AMAZING spring rolls…. the best I’ve had anywhere.
