The worst osmows shawarma chains i have ever been to, I ordered chicken on the roks, first it was having very low white sauce and secondly the chicken was terrible, and third i paid extra for onions they just gave very few onion which you get without paying in any other toronto osmows chain. These guys should visit one of toronto store and learn how to make chicken on the roks. This place used to be good 1 year back.
I've come here for food multiple times and won't go here anymore , if you order a super size shawrma they barley put any meat in it . I got on regular shawrmas with more meat so I assume they use the same amount of meat and just try to stretch it outAnd now they're charging for extra sauce like how cheap are you . I'm spending $15 on a shawarma and your gunna cheap me out on sauce .
Had a chicken shawarma and chicken on the rocks, hands down the best chicken I've ever had!! The food is very fresh, people are very friendly, the ambience is great. Would definitely recommend to others
Worst costumer service. Staff don’t know how to behave with costumer. If you complaint about something they speak so rude and loud. It happened twice in a span of week. I had ordered large shawarma on the rox and both times the staff, she gave me quantity even less than medium just filled with sauces and when i complaint to her she said she can’t do anything and this is what she is giving for large size. She was so rude.
Subpar and overpriced. You would be better off going to a small family run more authentic shawarma like Zay-Zaman or even Arabesque. The spicing and everything about the flavours was off. YUCK!
Beware of the positive reviews. They incentives customers with a free drink if you leave a 5 star review.This place used to be good. However the quality has gone down drastically. The previous 3 times in a row I’ve had purchased food from this location has been a negative and problematic experience.First time the toppings in the wrap were all wrong. Which I gave the benefit of the doubt as mistakes happen.The second time I ordered the chicken on the rocks and the rice was extreme over cooked and the portions were noticeably less. Again gave them the benefit as times are hard with everything going on in the world and small business are suffering.This previous time I ordered the large chicken on the sticks. Again received small portions and cold/stale fries. $20 bucks large on the sticks with a drink and what a waste of money.These guys have some of the highest prices for their food compared to other shawarma places yet the quality is no where near other places. Would recommend Mozy’s or Lazeez if you’re in the mood for shawarma rather this this location.
Waited15 mins for old French fries and rice that was crunchy. Employees seemed lazy and didn't care.
So I went to order food and not only did it take really long with no rush but they barely had any sauce or fries on my chicken on the stick. I’ve had osmows in other places and never had any issues. These people look very cheap don’t recommend this place you are better off eating somewhere else. Trust
I ordered a chicken shawarma and a chicken Caesar salad both with medium spice level. But both of them are waste we can’t eat it because it’s too spicy. I don’t think they use the authentic hot sauce I feel like just chilly powder mix with water. Don’t recommend this place.
Taste and customer service is awesome.I would recommend everyone to experience the taste ??
