I came with a group a friends for brunch after church on Sunday. It was highly recommended by a couple in our friend group who were regulars, and I must say, it lived up to the hype! Great prices, he wrote portion sizes, and delicious food! I ordered the gold breakfast, which consisted of eggs, home fries, toast, and a choice of breakfast meat. I chose the polish sausage, which I definitely recommend! It had so much flavour and was so fragrant! The home fries were crispy and fluffy, and beautifully seasoned. The eggs I ordered over easy, and they were cooked perfectly! Wait staff was quick and friendly as well, although it took us a while to get our bills since it was a very busy day for them and they may have been a little understaffed.
Wow!! We had an amazing dinner tonight! They definitely made a great first impression on us! Food was fantastic and portion sizes where beyond generous! We will definitely be ordering dinner from here again! Gravy was an amazing classic homestyle flavor packed gravy!!! Chcien was cooked perfectly and the burger my hubby got was massive and he says delicious! We ordered through skip the dishes and they sent everything we ordered witn accuracy. Definitely check this place out!
We were served by a very upset, rushed server. She made us feel like we were bothering her every single time we asked for a coffee refill or anything in general and...keep in mind she is even wearing a mask.The food was not good or tasty at all. I ordered French toast with eggs and a side of bacon. The French toast were basically toasts with a side of the toast that had a thin layer of egg with no taste at all. The scrambled eggs added nothing and the dish came with more toast.Hubby ordered an omelette with cheese, ham and onions and it was overcooked and had no salt. The home fries were at least hot and they had a sprinkle of some flavour on topMy friend ordered the egg Benedict with pemeal bacon and they were served with a bagel that got reallly mushy and almost soggy with the hollandaise sauce that tasted nothing like hollandaise sauce. She added the home fries tasted like French fries.Coffee was just ok.As we were leaving the lady eating just close to our table said she had never had a chewer (looked like a wrap) pork before there and also complained about the service saying she misses the old owner. That is when I learned they changed owners. Well, it might be the explanation of the lack of quality in the food compared to our previous visits but the service really went down the hill too.Also if you need to use the rest room...toilet does not work properly. There is even a bucket with water by the toilet...suit yourself.No pictures unfortunately as we were so busy chatting away. No next time for me here.
Great service and the food is really good and a good healthy portion is provided. the price is very reasonable as well. We usually go there at least once a month and we are never dissappointed. Highly recommend it!!
I love this place for breakfast. I had the Veggie skillet....I wish I would have taken a picture. I went at 9am on a Sunday and it was not busy. However, they were a little slow refilling coffee. I wish they would just put a personal pot of coffee on the table. That is my only complaint breakfast was delicious!
It way great. The 2 piece fish and chips. Way more then I could eat in 1 seating.
Great customer service and food. First time to order for take-out and they gave us two free slice of cakes. It was one of the best cakes I ever had. Too bad i dont know whats it called.
Picked my order as dining in closed due to covid. Order was ready at time indicated, staff was friendly and quick with getting my order. Price was good, food quality exceeded expectations. Highly recommended
Amazing food, best prices in the entire city. Must try everything on their menu... I hope they stay open for ever and ever. 12.99 for a big plate of spaghetti that feeds my 3 kids and wife plus left overs... Like c monnnnn that's unheard of in 2021.
very rude server. Insulting people for requesting to use the washroom. Starts yelling for no reason says her shift ended 7.30pm and i was there to pick food at 7.35pm
