I am not happy with the experience. I ordered poutine and they gave a small scope of gravy. There is no consistency in the amount of gravy that needs to be added. When I asked this is very less the lady said there is charge for extra gravy. I mean 7$ isn’t that enough to provide. A good quality of food.Would not recommend this place
I can’t believe how rude and racist this place is. I wanted to try the perfect combo with the Medium veggie fries and let me tell you there was nothing perfect at all. We stood there while there was no one in line , the cashier slowly putting hot dogs on the grill and the other girl standing staring at the food court. We then had to say we want to order and got extreme attitude. Then I asked her for a little extra sour cream , she purposely put enough for maybe 5 fries and said I need to pay extra if I want more. Absolute Ludacris, are you not watching your past reviews and guiding your staff here? We r now getting over a pandemic, should they be happy people are back out visiting the food court? Needless I would NOT be giving my money to NYF again!

Small shop with varieties of dishes..They have different varieties of poutine..Its a must try one ...
Cashier was very rude and disrespectful cut she yelled at us, while I just asked for my receipt. Also the fries had no salt in it. Very disappointed with the service and especially the cashier.
If I could I would give this place a -100 for a rating. I was there on Sunday afternoon and ordered a large fry and hot dog and diet coke. Hot dog was cold and raw and fries were only half cooked. Diet coke was all that was right about this order. Your staff should treat everyone with respect and not be rude to someone just because they ask you to repeat what you are asked because you failed to hear what they said. Deaf and hard of hearing are people too. When I was asked what I want for the hot dog I replied just relish please and I do not want any ketchup for the fries. Well, when I got to the table and sat down what I had was a raw hot dog and half cooked fries and one pouch of relish and about a dozen pouches of ketchup which I told the girl I did not need. So now you have this review and a lost customer.
Recently entrance close to the restaurant has been going through renovation and is not accessible. However it is not mentioned in their UberEats app for drivers.Upon requesting more information regarding this to one of the staff member, she replied she doesn’t know anything about this. On the top she said it’s not their responsibility to update that information which is completely not true as a business note has to be updated by the business owner not Uber itself.If you’re food carrier driver, please come through entrance # 3 and make your way towards the restaurant don’t go close to the entrance #4.I will remove this review once the owner takes accountability and update the information but until then this review will stay posted.
I was excited to have a poutine from here again since I haven’t been since before the pandemic. The girl serving me forgot to give me my drink, not a big deal, so I politely asked for the drink I ordered. She seemed very annoyed handing it to me. The poutine was not good. The fries and gravy were lukewarm at best so none of the cheese curds melted at all. It was a major disappointment to say the least.
I ordered fries gravy and a pop. My fries were so soggy. I dealt with it. My daughter ordered a poutine and pop. Her fries were soggy. I brought them back hoping to have the poutine replaced since I had already eaten half of my own order. The so called "manager" threatened to call the mall security to have me removed for yelling at her. All I wanted was new fries. She also said the potatoes are new and dont cook properly. Very rude. Customer service absolutely sucks at this location. Would have been 0 stars except its not allowed. Would not recommend this location to anyone
