Don’t come here. Terrible staff and terrible attitude. I had 7 dollars worth of products, went to pay, rude lady tells me must buy 10 dollars worth of stuff to use debit or visa, I say I don’t have any cash on me, she rudely pulls away my stuff, tells me ok next time bring cash and turns around. I’ve never seen worse customer service in my life travelling around. Avoid this place!
I asked if they had milk and eggs they said no but I looked around and they had both .. and I found the famous Chinese mama noodles they are better than mr noodles and a wide selection of flavours
Come here weekly. 20 min drive. But worth it. Meat are fresh. Same as bagging vegetables. Prices are reasonable than other Asian grocery in this area. Same item with cheaper price. Snacks, cake, or coffee bags , everything we need. No complaints at all. Highly recommended!
Topical local Asian supermarket, it used to be one of only asian market around the area til T&T comes in. It doesn't have a lot of things anymore compare to before, smells like fish and meat. Things are expensive unless on certain sale so know your prices!It should probably be noted that they actually won't sell you meat if you don't buy a lot (me being alone) even though the price is per lb. Buying vegetables depends on your luck, sometimes it's nice quality and sometimes it's stale.Only thing I like about this place is they have really delicious crispy skin BBQ pork usually on Friday and weekends (come early, around noon or bit after!)
Great deals on meat and prices you xant beat freshly butchered on-site in drink of you cut to preferred sizes great selection of international food items
Had a good experience here. Lots and lots of variety of products. Staff was friendly, had a great laugh with the man (owner?) who was my cashier. Items are pretty fairly priced, some things for less than what I’d expect. Store is a bit unorganized but still found my way around.
To whom it may concern. I would like to post this message for people who go to the New City Supermarket located at this location. Be aware of your grocery bill before you leave because it happen to me three times already! First time, I bought a bag of chicken bone, the owner charge me almost $15 and I came back to complain and the owner thought it was chicken wings. Second time, I did not bought the green onion, but he charge me 1 bunch of green onions on my bill. Third time. he charge me the beef flank for $34, instead of $24 which the tag was stick to the bag. Folks I had enough and you should watch out when you go there!

This store is a little disorganized and not the most efficient layout, but it does have a wide range of products that make the shopping experience enjoyable and worthwhile. I like to walk here with my boyfriend and buy daifuku or White Rabbit matcha candies.
I have been going there for a few years now and the last visit was the 1st time that I was treated in a friendly manner. Very poor customer skills. It is very difficult to get help for English-speaking people. It is almost like they do not want you to come in their store unless you speak their language. Not a very hygienic place. I usually only buy prepackaged things from there. A lot of cross contamination going on so you have to be very careful to protect yourself.
