They way overoiled and oversalted my Sister's ordered large fries, they didn't give us any straws for our triple thick chocolate milkshakes, plus they wouldn't stop messing up our coffee orders until we'd manually go inside, which that for, there shouldn't be such a huge massive difference between quality assurance comparisons from when you deliver and when someone goes inside. They pretty much each and every single time we'd give them another chance as far as coffee delivery went, would never put in what we told them to put in which were 3 sugars, 3 creams and 1 milk. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Customer service at this establishment is beyond disappointing, I am waiting for head office to call me back to rectify the issue I have experienced at this store location. Absolutely disgraceful
I'm tired of items missing from my order that I paid for The last two times I used the app for pick up, items were missing from my order. I went back the first time, but given the price of gas, it's hardly worth a second trip. This time I checked the order, and thought I saw the items there.Sure they will replace what I already friggin paid for, and didn't get, but that's not enough considering the hassle of it all. I only had fries for supper, and by the time I got off the phone, they were cold!!! Fairway Road location needs to smarten up!! #burgerking next time!!
Frozen drink pineapple mango so good, and always gives me brain freeze! How is it so cold!!Mc flurry Skor, was a perfect treat for my son.
Probably the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The drive through is never moving. I’m always in line waiting for my food for 20-30 mins. I’m always parked for a single item or for a happy meal. Definitely don’t come here if you’re in a rush and starving!
I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with nothing on them, a sundae, and a large fry. I received 2 cheeseburgers with everything on them, a large drink, a medium fry, and a quarter pounder blt??? Didn’t even look at my order clearly. Also when you try to call the restaurant it goes to a customer service rep not the actual restaurant and they don’t help you.
This location is so slow, waited over 20min for our food to the point where we had to walk up to the window and ask for it… it finally was ready and when it was brought out to us it was so cold like it was just sitting their. I’m ok with waiting but this was unacceptable.. especially since their was no line-up. Night shift crew should be replaced
Quite honestly it's McDonald's and nothing much is be expected except getting my McDouble ?Service is generally alright, on occasion can be slow but it seems like a pretty busy location.As others have said, the staff can either be very courteous or quite cold. But then again, there's tons of different people working there.Overall, yeah I'd probably still go get some McDonald's here. Nothing stopping me from my late night craving ??
Fast service through drive-thru. However, if you are expecting them to talk and greet you forget it. It's hand the debit machine, pay, take your food and move on. That doesn't bother me though. It will to others.
