Something went wrong in this place. They have been confusing orders for several days now. They don't make the coffee I order. And confuse muffins.Also, in my presence, they counted the regular price in a check for two people, instead of two for 5. After that, People returned and asked for 2-3 dollars back, is this normal?)I think McDonald's should spend money and time to properly train staff. Since McDonald's has a good income to provide such a bad service.

Lookout for the girl who thinks she is the “manager” and speaks in punjabi and doesn’t care if cx doesn’t knows the language she speaks in. The worst cx service in tricity. For a large fries i had wait for over 20 minutes and when i got them, it was too salty to eat. Then, I waited another 10mins and ask for the unsalted fries and salt on the side. The manager was so rude and even for the next time i got the fries but not the salt. Never ordering from this location. Worst staff who thinks they own the place.

Drick gave me a great experience and had a big smile his face and made my whole time at this location very welcoming! I wish every McDonald’s had more employees like him!

Impressed with the service at DT wednesday night. They were really busy still they were polite and served a great quality food. Recommend to come at night to get best service and quality food. Good job guys, i appreciate.

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal , two happy meals and 3 mcflurrys at around 430pm. They were slow but finally got my food and was asked to pull up to parking spot number 1 as they were waiting for spoons for the mcflurry's. Ok ....I didn't bother to check my happy meals as they are usually pretty good. Finally got my mcflurry's and left mcdonalds at around 5pm!We get home and my daughter opens up her happy meal only to realize there was no cheeseburger. I called the store at around 507pm only for them to ask me to come back to get the cheeseburger meal. So reluctantly I lugged my children back in the van and used more of my time and gas to go back. At this time I parked in spot 4 and called again to let them know I was there. After about 5 mins they came out with the happy meal, didn't say any apologies or anything extra for my troubles of coming back with cost of gas ....nothing. Just "here is your happy meal" as she walked away looking at her cellphone. As parent its extremely frustrating when your kids are having a meltdown over a cheeseburger. There should be a quality check before orders go out to make sure whats on the receipt matches whats going out. If there is one, its not being done or it needs revamping. This isn't the only time I had I to this at this location.

Horrible service! Missing two fries for two combos, I got a double cheeseburger no Ketchup added shredded lettuce instead.. they believe it or not made me a mini Big Mac without pickle.. ordered a Ceaser wrap and the chicken was so dry like it was left all day.. and it wasn’t ceaser dressing it was ranch.. it is NOT hard to pay attention to the screen. Called and spoke to the Manager as I asked twice and they stated that they were the manager and he said he could send coupons..? Like that would make me come back after this..? Not happy at all with this, it’s happening way to often, they need to train their employees more on how to do things and PAY ATTENTION..Fast food = Fast service and hopefully RIGHT orders! I know fast food isn’t good for you and I could go somewhere else but no matter where you go this same thing happens.. I had high hopes for Alpine as I had issues of missed items before but we would go back to give them another chance.. unfortunately this is strike 3.. so they got a verbal over the phone complaint last time.. second was another verbal over the phone.. third is a strict review as well as a verbal complaint!

Constantly arriving at the drive thru and then having the person that arrived after me being served first and also constantly having to repeat my order and it still be wrong. My order is my 6-630am coffee, this to me is very simple and I speak very clearly, there are also very few other people at this time of morning and it is very frustrating. When I look inside at the order window I see many people, mostly doing nothing productive and the person solely taking orders at the window also having to fill those orders. I get angry because this is clearly just poor management and teamwork and there's dimple no excuse.

Wish I would have something better to say. But I guess this is one of the McDonald’s which is taking down the service standards of most famous food chain. Providing good service isn’t even the last thing Staff really care about. They were busy doing nothing, tired of just standing on shifts. Need a lot of improvement.

Hey fans. Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. Here’s a McDonald’s review for you guys. I got a Big Mac free fries free fries coffee free fries a sundae McFlurry and coke and iced water but only one. Don’t forget mayonnaise. That’s what I ate with my free fries. I want to shout the Toronto raptors for the free fries for scoring so many 4 pointers. You guys are lit

We ordered food through skip and the wrong order came. I called mc Donald's and it was skips fault. The manager Prince was absolutely fantastic! Great customer service! Replaced our food and made it fresh. Food was delicious as well
