I would give this 10 stars if I could. Went yesterday and got stew chicken, jerk chicken and doubles. Everything was amazing and completely authentic, I felt like I was in Trinidad again (please order yourself doubles). Would recommend this place to everyone I know as I have been on the hunt for some good Trini food and nothing has even come close to this place. You get alot of food, not very expensive and tastes amazing.
I can't believe I only found out about this place now. I haven't been able to find good doubles and roti in town since moving here 3 years ago from Toronto. Tried goat and chicken roti, lamb curry, and the doubles with mango chutney... Everything was delicious and the portions were very generous! I'm also sadistic with my spice and their pepper sauce hit the spot.
So we decided to try our newest local Caribbean restaurant and omg we were blown away…100% the best doubles we have had and we love our doubles. Honestly brought us to back home eating a doubles by the stand and knocking down a apple J. We also ordered a aloo roti with curry chicken sauce and a shrimp roti both wrapped in paratha roti. They were the bomb so soft and fluffy and l am picky as l can make my own so l expect to get quality. Hats off to your establishment for providing the community exceptional quality Caribbean food. First time trying doubles and I was not disappointed.Their hot is actually hot, which is nice for the region.Curry goat was super flavoursome and just the right level of tender. Had that layer of yellow oil so you know it’s the good stuff.
Just got jerk chicken, goat, roti and patty. So good! They put a good amount of gravy on the rice which is so nice. Food was well seasoned. The young man that helped me was kind and friendly.Definitely try this place out! Can’t wait for more food from here!

food is amazingly authentic
Visited Madhu's roti to get doubles. I like the service, doubles were ready with in 5 minutes. I like the taste of fillings in doubles specially the spicy sauce they put in , if you don't like too spicy ask them to add sweet sauce which goes well with spicy and give you a balanced flavor. Roti was soft and perfectly cooked. I'd say you must visit once and try their food.
Following recommendation of some friends I went there to order my 1st meal. I chose 1 of each plate available to be sure to taste everything. It was an absolute pleasure for my mouth. Taste very nice especially the goat curry which is amazing. One thing though, if you don't eat spicy and hot food remember to select non spicy because the chicken curry was really hot. Portions are very large. Overall it was a nice experience
