Very poor service. Live less than 5 min away. Chicken cold, gravy warm, instead of speaking English in front of customers, they speak their language. So rude. The only good thing is cashier, stayed at till. No hair nets, no changing gloves, no washing hands. Do not care how bad I would want chicken, I will never go there again.
They took 10 minutes to complete the order and talking to each other. No food safety there, they are wearing their watches and not changing their gloves properly. This one star is just for the cashier
We were at Fairview mall with family and friends and we decide to order from KFC ,my wife eat only a white meat, so before placing the order my wife ask the manager, how many white meat in 18pcs bucket and how long it takes, he said 6pcs of white meat and 20 minutes, because we don't have much of white meat. - It took 50 minutes to get them after we paid. - The manager said ,I add an extra piece for the delay, witch is not true, we count them and only 18 in bucket. - Bucket of 18 pcs was half full due to the mini size of each piece. -Very greasy, lots of fat inside each piece except the white meat that was a bit hard and very dry. Fries and salad was what we enjoyed eating, actually for 60 some buks i did not enjoy that crappy meal and a bunch of liars employees. Spend your money on better fast food elsewhere ,do not try my experience and eat from the KFC at Fairview Mall.
The simplest order can't get done right at this location. In the 5 min to my home it's all soggy an disgusting.. Undercooked fries too.

I order veggie burger they gave me the one with chicken. Also, the quality is very poor. Earlier the combo was around $8 for veggie and quality was better than now. Now it’s around $11 but quality is degraded..very disappointed ☹️
