I ordered on line went picked it up and when I got home the food was so soggy and the salad container was so soggy as will. I called and complained and they said the best they could do is bring it back and we will give u fresh food.This is not right shouldn't have to wast my gas to bring it back when it was there problem in the bring. And the chicken there was not much meat on any of the chicken.Will never go back to kfc again this was on highland road kitchener.
Stopped in for a quick snack as we were visiting the city.I was surprised to see how outdated and old/gross the bathrooms looked at this location...these could use a good cleaning and an update.Also when we went to the fountain machine there was a huge puddle of water on the floor, so I told the woman at the counter and she told me there was a mop in the corner like she expected me to clean it up....she then filled a bucket of ice from said machine getting more ice on the floor and didn't clean it up the entire time we were there. Sure there was a wet floor sign but a mop would have fixed the situation.Poor experience overall for sure likely won't return.
This needs to be close. The first time I went there, I arrived home with my order. I realized they missed my drinks, and they also cut one piece of chicken.Last week I said let's give them a second chance; I ordered four pieces combo, and when I got the order, I checked before I went home. There was no drink, the chicken was dehydrated, and the fries were burnt and cold. I told the girl reviewed the food was very cold and burned.This is not KFC standard. We have to report this place to the HQ. I wish I could give zero stars because it is zero recommendations.
I keep giving this location a chance but its just not good. Whats going on with the gravy??? It's never consistent and either really dark or runny, and never has any taste to it. Kfc gravy used to be thick and light in color years ago, and it was perfectly salted. Now it's got a completely different taste. It completely ruins the poutine.
We go regularly now because of their hot and spicy plant-based chicken sandwich. It was so close to the real deal that we had a hard time when we actually compared them.
Today is the last day I am coming here. AGAIN they forgot my fries and drink. How hard is it to remember the sides to a order.Ordered a box meal and also a plant based meal ( didn't get my drink or fries.lady confirmed my drink I wanted at the speaker ) ordered a small fry( absolute miracle I even got that)Shane on me for only noticing once I got home.But..Should I really have to constantly remind the staff at this location to pay attention or did they want more pay raises for poor work ethic. Mayne if this happened once or twice it would be okay.. but it's too many time. Not sorry for writing this as you can see how bad the other reviews are too.
Purchase 3 chicken burger meals lettuce was brown,fries cold, pop hot and no ice. Cookies not fresh. Worst experience ever at a KFC it was garbage.
Big Crunch?!! More like small lunch. If you’re casually thinking about taking a stroll upto the KFC on highland road think again. Inflation or?? Not only did they raise the price but they cut the product in half and look at this sandwhich! Is this what I’m supposed to be eating! ?This is a sad sandwich indeed, I’ll think twice before I spend my money at KFC ?
There’s an older white lady that seems too hate her job. When I walked in she was eating cereal plain site over a kfc bucket.when another co worker asked about my order she said “no haven’t started, and don’t really give a shit”. The other employee looked very uncomfortable and embarrassed when dealing with her. Never again
Avoid this location. The service is sub-par, and the chicken is VERY dry and nothing like the KFC I'm used to. And the sanitary conditions alone make me avoid this location. It's like they forget they are handling people's food. If you're playing with your hair, tucking your shirt into pants or picking something up off the ground, you should be washing your hands before touching people's food.
