Stopped in for lunch today with my three boys and mom. Lesley was fantastic!She gave us the time we needed to get settled before ordering, and was super attentive (given how many tables came in at the same time). She was responsive to our needs and brought everything in a timely fashion.The food was exceptional (chicken parmesan never fails to exceed my expectations). Overall, a very pleasant experience. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.
Second time in this place. Food is delicious and just cooked staff is friendly and very devoted. Price was fair and atmosphere was good. I love the food there so far my favourite is spinach cheese dip but I enjoy nachos and quesadillas as well since we always share in between us. This time I tried broccoli soup as well and was really good. Good job guys just keep going in this way great service with delicious food
We went on a Thursday which has their 1/2 price wings, excellent deal, they have great wings that are super crispy, although the lemon pepper 'sauce' option was a little too salty for my liking. They have great service here and when they accidentally gave us wings with the wrong sauce, they immediately brought them into the back to get us a new plate with the right sauce. After which they apologized for the mistake. My only concern is how long it took the waitress to come back to our table when we were done eating and looking to grab the bill, as it took them quite a while.
Moment I walked in until until I ask for the check I had prompt friendly service. Food was typical pub fare with a flare lots of options to choose from. I enjoyed the north of 40 premium craft brew ?. Food and drinks can add up here overall but well worth it!

Went in for Lunch with my Husband. We ordered the fajitas, honey buns and had the half priced wings. Our server Leslie was awesome. She greeted us promptly, checked in with us and was so friendly. Food was amazing and portions were huge. We will definitely be back!
This is such a wonderful place to eat. If has such a cozy atmosphere, the food is super delicious and always tastes fresh, and the service is absolutely pleasant. My last waitress, Caroline, was an absolute gem, she was extremely kind and courteous, and made me feel well cared for. I'd definitely recommend eating here!
Several weeks ago we visited another Kelsey’s with two other couples and enjoyed everything about our experience. The following week we decided to get a takeout order from the Ottawa St, Kitchener location ordering the salt & vinegar fish and chips - based on a delicious taste from one of our friend’s order the week before. However we were very disappointed when this order did not taste the same at all. Our disappointment did not last long though because very soon after sending a complaint, we received a reply with an apology as well as a plausible explanation of why this happened. The reply also included a coupon to try this location again. We were happy with this response and will definitely try this location again!! BTW … the salt and vinegar fish & chips are so ….. good!
Ita been a while since we have been here and we were happy. The service was great the staff was super friendly and all our food came out perfect. And on top of it the prices weren't so high like other places for the amount of food we receive, it was great. We will definitely come back
Two stars only because Ashley was nice.We didn't enjoy our meal. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was VERY rare. The mashed potatoes were a tiny portion but decent (and kinda cold). Veggies were alright. My wife's ribs were served cold though. Which is odd considering it all came out quickly.I'm sure we would have enjoyed our time more had our food been served warm, or properly cooked even. It is what it is. Won't be returning. Not mad, it was just so lackluster and disappointing we both agreed we had no interest in ever going again.
