For 10 years I have ordered from Jumbo Dragon and never had an issue; the past 7 times I have ordered they will not put plumSauce in the order even if you ordered 20 egg rolls or spring rolls;instead they put in ‘Duck Sauce’;so finally I asked ‘why’ no plum sauce when clearly I ordered lots of egg rolls every time …….their excuse is …..”oh it’s on the table” when you pick up your order….??? Really??? So they put soya sauce, mustard and Duck Oil in your stapled bag order that you cannot see what’s inside….. but NO PLUM SAUCE……wow?!!! Up until a year ago it was automatically put in your bag if you ordered egg rolls or spring rolls…. Stop ripping off your customers Jumbo Dragon….
Very disappointed!!! First and last time ordering food from this place. I paid over $14 for the Kung Pao Chicken and there was barely any type of chicken in the meal. It was mostly just onions and celery filler. I’ve ordered from many different Chinese restaurants and by far this was the worst food. They shouldn’t be in business scamming their customers like this.
First time customer, very best I’ve had in Kitchener and Waterloo.Quantity is plentiful, food was hot, enough leftover for a another dinner meal tomorrow. People were pleasant to a first timer.
This is one of the best I have ever had and I have tried many Chinese food restaurants I am so pleased with this. The food was HOT and tasted amazing. The portions were great and there was so much meat in the meat dishes. In the noodle and rice dishes there was so much meat and veggies but not too much!! The sweet and sour pork was THE BEST!!! I have never had sweet and sour pork like this and just that alone is going to make this my go to Chinese food restaurant for life.
Absolutely 100 percent best chinese food in K-W! Always tasty and doesn't cost much for the huge portion you get. I feed family of four for $60 with tip.
Sooo very disappointed with the food. It was cold and there were no sauces or cookies or crunchy noodles for the chow mein The dishes we ordered had very VERY little meat in them.
First time ordering from here today, everything was hot, delicious and ready by the time I came to pickup. (15 min from order to pickup) around 4pm. Great service.Sweet & sour chicken was excellent. General tso chicken was delicious. Vegetable fried rice was delicious, vegetable noodles were AMAZING, spring rolls were 10/10, steamed broccoli was perfectly steamed. Zero complaints. LARGE portions.Will definitely be going back again! Thank you for the delicious food!
I've been ordering from Jumbo Dragon since high school (10+ years), and it's still my go to whenever I'm in town! Absolutely love it. Highly recommended!
Good food, good prices. The only complaint I have is they need to switch back to wing's plum sauce. The duck sauce they hand out is terrible
Frozen shrimp that had no flavour mixed with flavourless rice. Over priced 12.99 for one shrimp fried rice. Two shrimp rice with mixed vegetables no meat $37.99. Crazy prices for low quality food. Do not recommend.
