Really awesome service and even better food. Tried the stewed, curry, and jerk chicken dinners. Delicious! Highly recommended. We will be back.

This is by far the best Jamaican restaurant I've ever experienced in Kitchener. The food is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband and I found this place when I was pregnant and desperately looking for good Jamaican food. Everything was cooked thoroughly, it tasted amazing, the restaurant is spotless, the prices were really good and even after my baby, I'm there almost everyday getting lunch and dinner.
The food here was really terrible. I had the worse oxtail sauce made mainly of water and bones with overly overly over ripe plantains that I eventually threw away.
Ordered lg soup of the day, got leftovers no dumpling, bones and fat instead of meat and just water from the soup. Not worth the price very disappointed ?!!
Best Jamaican spot in KW I've had so far. Food was very flavourful and meat cooked perfectly. I tried the jerk pork and jerk chicken and they exceeded my expectations. Prices are very reasonable and portions are good. The two workers were very courteous and professional. Definitely among my top go-to food spots in the city.
True authentic Jamaican cuisine at it's finest right here in Kitchener, Ontario!I have tried several dishes at J & K Cuisine Caribbean Grill and Bar and have always been beyond satisfied with both the service and portions for each meal. Mr. Steve Williams is the owner and operator of this establishment and it is evident in every dish that is prepared and served that high quality and authenticity is his priority. The menu has a wide variety to choose from with very reasonable prices including student specials and daily specials. Some of my favourites are Oxtail with rice and peas, Chicken curry with roti, Curry Goat with white rice, stew chicken, red snapper and of course the signature Jerk Chicken. Definitely a must try! The daily soups are always delicious and packed with true Caribbean flavor, I especially love the beef soup and red peas soup. The interior of Mr. William's restaurant and bar is very clean, well lit and welcoming. I have visited several Jamaican and Caribbean restaurants in Ontario as well as the West Coast of Canada. J & K Cuisine has undoubtedly been my favorite here in Waterloo region and surrounding area. Conveniently located off of Weber Street East across from Eastwood Collegiate Secondary School and nearby the HWY. I highly recommend you check out J & K Cuisine whether you live locally or visiting from out of town, you won't be disappointed!
This has been the best Jamaican food we have ever had. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Will definitely be referring family and friends and buying their food again. Friendly staff, clean restaurant.
The taste of the curry goat was pretty good. Mine was mostly bones and cartilage though. The rice I got was soggy, mushy and some was either burnt or dried out from sitting out. Overall, It was plain and bland and the coleslaw was meh.
We have become big fans of J & K!! Not only is the food fresh, delicious and served in large portions, the service is out of this world!!! A local, family owned eatery that is definitely worth a visit! Fresh slaw, great fries, crispy chicken…mmmm!!
