If you like having people not listen to your order and still mess it up after you repeat it multiple times come to this location they are great at it.
Every time I get a burger here they literally squash it, like they sat on it, so I tried getting hot dogs, the buns were crushed, squeezed around the wiener lol, I don’t know who does this but i don’t like my food crushed. Done with this location. I put in a complaint but nothing has changed.
I was a two visit per week customer but in the last month or so I've got wrong orders and rude service. I think they got new staff. I've heard many complaints from friends and co-workers aswell. I'll be taking a break from them fo awhile. Maybe better in the future.
Update: May 1st 2022. Went again because I had a gift card and wanted a poutine. Got a standard burger and a large poutine, arrived quick, staff were friendly and the food tasted good. Weren't stingy on the toppings this time around and they have bigger bags. Better experience then last time, may go againThe Indian owners are incredibly stingy. Asked for extra jalapenos and ended up with a jalapeno slice cut in two. They also stuff everything into one bag, disregarding what is cold and hot. I don't know why but every Indian owned fast food restaurant is like this now and its mind blowing how garbage their customer service is as well
This was absolutely by far the best Harvey's my son and I have ever had. I ordered the plant based menu option. The lightlife burger is my favorite. My son got a double bacon cheese burger with poutine and deep fried pickles. This stop was has birthday dinner. The food and service were top notch. Well done and thank you
The food was okay. The most memorable part of my experience was watching the employees make and serve me an instant coffee right in front of my eyes. It smelled and tasted so bad that I just threw the whole cup out. I would have preferred if they told me that they ran out of coffee and offered me an alternative option.
One of the most cleaned restaurants I have ever been to. They follow all the COVID protocols for the dine-in. Do try their poutine it's the best.
I love the store. You have to try their apple pie. Employees is what makes the store that special - they are so polite and welcoming every time you go there and make you feel valued.
Great service and great staff!Once I had a lengthy takeout order and the store was moderately busy, still they managed to give my order in not more than 5 minutes!
I ordered Large Poutine but issue was quantity . It wasn’t enough for regular quantity. I made complaint about this issue and manager approved and when I went there to take it, but one employee denied it and said manager isn’t here and you have come back again. And he was very rude and he didn’t have any sense how to talk to costumer.I really want to give 0 star but I don’t have option to select nothing.Never visit this place again
