Was horrible. Brought my little sister and her best friend to Harvey’s tonight. I ordered her food for her and then she said “have a good day ma’am” to someone who she thought was a female. She’s also 16 years old. When we came around the corner to the window she had realized her mistake and wanted to apologize to him. Once we had approached the window the manger on shift had come flying at the window yelling and screaming and swearing at us telling us we miss gendered her employee to which my sister was going to apologize to but never received the chance because she just kept yelling at us and slammed the window in our face. We then tried to call them and the manger just kept hanging up on us and just being so rude over a 16 year old girl making a mistake. My sister genuinely wanted to apologize for her mistake. Not to mention this manger had informed us we are never aloud back at that location. I’m highly disappointed at the fact that this is how you allow your employees to speak to people. She made a mistake and wanted to apologize for her mistake.
This place stands out for its great staff. While it may just be another fast food burger place, the staff at this location are always fast, friendly, and helpful, which makes it worth the stop.
Had a delivery to Canada so I wanted to try their fast food. It was delicious. I got the #1 cheese burger with fries and a lemonade. And I tried their Harvey’s sauce so yummy kind of tasted like Big Mac sauce but spicy ?. Came to $12.75 Canadian so around $10 US. They also gave me some dog treats for my 2 pitties never got dog treats for my dogs at a fast food restaurant. before. First time for everything lol
Great staff great food. The manager is always friendly. Some people got to cut them some slack there humans to. I would rather go here than McDonald's any day

2 stars, only because I KNOW Harvey’s has great food and unique drinks. But when they aren’t open when they’re supposed to be, it makes me wary to try to go to this location again…Website said open at 10am. Didn’t open until 10:10, and by then I just went to the McDonald’s across the road. I understand it was only 10 min, but I worked in fast food and my old boss would’ve gotten so angry if I opened 10min late.

Great staff! I figured I would try something different and it was a horrible choice. The lightlife burger is essentially a chunk of moist cardboard. After one bite I threw it out. Horrible aftertaste. Best veggie burger out there is Beyond Meat brand. Kudos to Harvey's for not making the loghtlife soy based, but they dropped the ball on taste, flavour and texture. If I lived closer I would have taken it back. Lightlife burger 0 stars, staff 5 stars. I rounded it up to 3. Even my two dogs didn't want to eat the patty. They ate the bun, pickles, and tomaotes.
