I went in the evening, and there were all male staff. They were very unenthusiastic, did not greet us, and seemed like they did not want to be there (i understand minimum wage jobs are hard- but there was no effortput in). They were also slow with our order. I ordered a Veggie burger, which took quite a while to cook. We had to ask for utencils, and salt and pepper. They also messed up our order. I did not feel comfortable eating inside the restaurant due to this experience. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have had at a Harvey's.
Went July 5th . Asked for no hot peppers, they put hot peppers. Also the salted caramel shake tasted very strange and was all liquid .
Worst experience. Everytime we used to go this location from the back we used to get the service but today at 10:51 PM when I came from the front side the employees on the drive thru saw me and hid themselves inside. I just got my order from the MacDonald. I'm glad they were open. Worst Harvey's location don't go there. Employees doesn't want to work.
Went around 9:45 pm tonight. This guy always refuses to give Fish Sandwich. I don’t why but whenever he is not at location I get fish sandwich but when he is here I never get. He said Fish Sandwiches are not served here any more. Management is this the case? Please let me know as I went to King St location to grab fish sandwich which was available.
Ordered through skip, we live 5 minutes away. The driver was there for a long time, so we assumed it was fresh made, but everything was stone cold to touch through to the middle. It was such a turn off I left 3/4 of my meal.I don't know what happened because it was so good last time. We won't be able to order from there for a long time.... Until the yuck factor fades away
Love some Harvey's, great veggie options. Disappointed to see the Redbull Slushies unavailable!! :(
No matter what... you can never beat the taste of a Harvey's burger!!!
The person on drive thru always sounds miserable. Ask for fresh food and get cold instead
Great Harvey's restaurant! Their poutine is fresh and filled into the box properly. I always have a bad experience at the 410 King St Waterloo Harvey's location since they only half-fill the poutine box. See the Google review for this location to see a picture of how they only fill up half the poutine box.
My 1st visit to this restaurant with familyWe tried veggie and lightlife Plant based burger..Both were very yummy and delicious ??.With 14.99 CAD coupon I was offered a combo i.e. 2 burgers ,one with double patty ,2 large drinks and choice of 2 sides, onion rings or fries .?They allowed Dine-in with vaccination verification.The restaurant was tidy and the staff was courteous..No lines up..☺️Thank you Harvey team!!
