Sunday Halibut and Fries for $11.99 great deal awesome food nice and fresh always. Coleslaw is a little dry but most other places would charge double for the same amount of food. Very good portion size for fries aswell.Definitely check it out
First time I have been to this restaurant. Throughly enjoyed our fish and chips.Huge portions and very fair pricesOur waitress Patty was awesome. Had a fun time and I highly recommend this establishment
Fantastic food! Everything in our breakfast orders was fresh and well cooked. People around us were eating fish meals and the fish portions were enormous! The place is spotlessly clean- nicely decorated, very inviting. Our server, Patty was super friendly, attentive to us and all the customers around us- very efficient and personable. Hoghly recommend this restaurant.
I’ve never left a negative review before in my life, but have never had such a bad dine-in experience as we did tonight, so feel it’s necessary. We had family from out of town join us for dinner and it was awful. It was so busy and unorganized. Where our table was situated, there was a long line of people on either side of us waiting to pick up their food and to order food. That probably doesn’t sound bad but the line ups were so close to our table, you’d think they were apart of our group. Most people that were in line were angry and not happy with having to wait so long for their take out, the environment was chaotic and made me feel claustrophobic. It was by no means an enjoyable dining experience whatsoever. I felt bad for the waitress who also acknowledged the situation was crazy and unacceptable but the manager would not come out to address the situation. We will never return to this establishment, nor would we recommend it. To sum it up, it was chaotic and unpleasant.
I ordered two halibut meals yesterday for good Friday, and they sent me home with no tartar sauce, lemon wedge, or coleslaw. The fries has no salt and were undercooked. I was very disappointed I spent $45 on a yummy halibut dinner and it was dry and tasteless.
Ordered inside at the end of my day. Order's of 2 piece fish and chips were gorgeous, done to perfection. Fries deluxe. One of our happy places. Sorry no pics, ate it too fast!
Today was our first visit to the Halibut House. It won’t be our last! Greeted pleasantly upon arrival. The food was fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. Our waiter was great. Very clean. So glad our friends told us about Halibut House!
The halibut tasted great and their Caesar salad was good too. The fish is pretty big, so it's worth the price. The server was great too. Would recommend
Been here before a few times pre-covid. Was decent, nothing special.However..Went here recently, got 3x lunch specials.Fish was extremely greasy n small portion... They compensated that with a lot of fries. But I was shocked with the fries!! they seemed as if they were a day old! Dried, hard crusty with lots of black markings on each chip. Seemed like they had refried old chips. Tasted BAD!!Wish I had taken pictures... Lot of wasted inedible food.Will not be going again.
I finally got to visit Halibut House for the first time. When I walked in. The place is bright and clean. I could sit down or get take-out. My Server Tricia was so nice and friendly. All I wanted was Halibut. Great service. Great prices. The food is fantastic. I Was in heaven when I tasted the Halibut. The French fries are excellent the way I like them. I was very pleased with the coleslaw. I will be going back very soon for the House Special Platter.I'll Be Back.
