While ordering a salad here today, I experienced an Anti-mask karen harassing an employee. The employee delt with Karen with respect and gave her the option to order and have it delivered to her car. Karen was having none of it, recording cellphone in hand. Luckily a few other customers were also having none of Karen, and told her to hit the road if she didn’t like the option. People have a choice, but that choice comes with repercussions. excellent customer service.

First time coming in and it was okay. We got the cob salad and was impressed that the chicken actually had flavour, I just really didn't like the prices for the little amount we received. I feel the bowls should have been filled to the top for those prices. And it was an okay experience staff was friendly but the place looked dirty in the smaller details. If I need something healthy on the go I probably would come here BUT I much rather go somewhere else.

The food is usually very fresh, portions are either small or fairly large, one or the other, in my experience. Expensive but healthy. 2 stars is for the poor, poor customer service. I frequent this location, and have for about 2 years. I can't believe how rude and generally unfriendly the 2 usual day time employees are. I give the benefit of the doubt, everyone has bad, unfriendly days sometimes, but I have been perpetually treated poorly by these 2 day employees. Customer service has to improve because honestly, I avoid going here sometimes simply because sometimes I can't be bothered to interact with people like those 2 employees. On the flipside, I've had wonderful food and customer service at the Guelph/Gordon St. location.
Fast, easy, healthy option *thumbs up*
My wife and I used to love going to Freshii. It was a fast healthy option when we needed it and the quality was always awesome at the beginning. The last few visits to this location and also the King St. East were quite disappointing. The lettuce was very poorly cut, like we were scooping full leaves out that looked like they didn't even attempt to cut them. Not only that but on all 3 of the last visits the lettuce was red with oxidization beyond belief. I know it is not harmful but when the word "fresh" is literally in the title you expect better.
