I’m normally a huge fan of Freshii, and eat regularly at different locations. This specific location does not meet the franchise standards. When I’m paying $12+ for a salad I expect the bowl to be full, looks like I’m missing half the salad. This is not the first time they’ve made bowls/salads with half the amount of ingredients. Such a rip off.
Loved the food. I had a customized wrap, with chicken as protein, romaine as base, beet slaw, cilantro, fried wontons as toppings and spicy peanut sauce. It was so good and tummy-filling. Worth the price. Must-Try.
Skimpy, Skimpy bowl portions - Ive been to many Freshii outlets and one of the best for portions is Grimsby ! The bowl is full, over the top, every time !!
Worst freshii franchise in Ontario! Worst food compared to others, and rude staff.They have all these covid protocols, but then make you use the key pad on the debit machine to add a tip to the order- removing the contactless purchases- really silly, none of the other freshii ask for a tip or make you touch the same debit machine as every other person that walks in.
This freshii location has been fantastic for me. I've ordered here a few times and never had any bad experiences and the veggies have always been fresh. I really like freshii's option of ordering online and making my bowl exactly as I like. The other benefit of online ordering is that the order will be waiting at the takeout counter upon arrival and I can be in and out of there in no time at all (great lunch time saver).
Washroom tabs are crazy they will make u wet beware...
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! These people are super friendly and accommodating! The food is consistent and flavoyrful. I order at least 3 times a week from them they always have my order ready since I order through the app and are always friendly!
Avoid the Freshii on King St. across from Costco. Ordered a Buddha Satay bowl this evening and the noodles were only half cooked. I've ordered this same dish from the Freshii on Fairway Rd. a hundred times and have never had this issue.
Really glad I paid money for this, 3 pieces of avocado and 9 cubes of steak. Last time ordering from here?
I went there, waited for 5 minutes no one came at front to help. I could here them talking in back area. Not satisfied.
