Tried Firehouse Subs today for the first time. The promotion for today was a free medium sub for anyone with a double n in their first name. This was the perfect opportunity for me to try Firehouse Subs. I ordered a medium Firehouse Hero sub. I think this promotion has got me hooked! It was a delicious sub. The pickle was an added bonus. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie tasted great. Madison the worker who placed my order was extremely friendly with great customer service.Thank you Firehouse Subs. Although the line up was quite long, but it paid up. The subs is pretty delicious. Must try the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket.
Ordered ahead of time to avoid the long lines. When I got there, I received a notification that my order "was complete and ready for pick up", which was untrue, as they hadn't even started preparing it. I ordered 20min before arriving, then waited an additional 15min. When I got home, I realized that they put wrong toppings on one of the subs as well.Usually I love Firehouse Subs, but this was brutal and I won't be back.
great subs as usual, the woman was stressed because the internet was down so there was no debit, but she handled it like a trooper,she was amazing , the subs were great wait time was average. I just wish they would open a store in Brantford (nudge nudge).

As a Celiac with extreme sensitivity, I am happy to say that I order here, regularly, and never have issues! Tell them you have an allergy and enjoy great subs!
Waited an hour with about 12 others while I watched four people working not even break a sweat behind the counter, fulfilling orders.Skip/delivery people waiting nearly an hour, for pickups. -It wasnt even busy!... Terrible management, ("were trying our best") is no excuse, especially for a place known for good food... Sorry firehouse...take your business elsewhere.
Great food made at a glacially slow speed. Previous record was 30 minutes from time of order to order ready. Today it hit 35 minutes. Ordered at 12:17, was promised 12:33, and stood there until I was given the order at 12:52. Just amazing.
Subs are tasty and expensive to start with. But to charge an extra $3+ per sub to have them delivered is ridiculous, in addition to delivery fee amd service fees charged by the delivery service. $20+ for a sub - definitely not worth that.Will go with anyone else instead - your subs aren't worth $20+ each plus delivery and service fees.
