I've never had a bad experience here, they are consistent. I do like to order online and pick up to avoid the line because sometimes the wait can be long. Meatball sub is the best.

I’m done here. I’d say 2 out of 5 times I order they mess up. Keep in mind I’ve ordered at least 30 times here in the past year alone for my family. If we request no onions, we get onions or we’ve found hair before etc. I’ve also had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes even though I placed my online order well in advanced. Give me a phone call heads up maybe? Lastly today, I ordered a bunch of stuff and one item was a soup. I get there and they tell me they don’t have anymore soup. They can’t refund me my money back on the spot, or take my name down for a replacement in the future, or offer to give cash back. Instead I had to wait 5 minutes for the guy to take my info down and now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. So that’s time on my end to check my bank account and watch.. I probably won’t even get it therefore having to waste more time to follow up. Great customer service is not only refunding me back but offering me something for the inconvenience. What do I get here for wasting my time? Nothing. Last time I ever come back!!!

Best Subs around by far Also the most expensive.2 subs almost $50.00.The worst was that I waited 25 mins for 2 subs. Besides myself there was only one other customer..The problem I observed was Uber & Door Dash orders. They came out one after the other while buddy and I were getting angrier and angrier. Finally after 25 to 30 mins I walked out with my subs only to find out when I got home that both subs had things missing. I ordered pickles with both, no pickles. I ordered (and paid extra) for mushrooms on one steak sub, no mushrooms...So let's sum this up:1) 2 Subs ~ $50.002) 30 min wait time (Subs?)3) Both Subs wrongDoes anyone else see a problem here?Only one positive, the subs were damn good...

Subs are great but the service is super slow. I waited 15+ minutes for a sub... There was one couple in line ahead of me when I went to order. After ordering it took forever. Lots of food delivery service orders being made. If you want a sub I guess you need to order I'm advance. You would expect to wait this long at a sit down restaurant, not at a fast food sub shop.

Probably one of the best subs I have had from a restaurant. But really expensive. Will definitely go back but can't afford to go to often.

This location has always seemed slower than others I've been to - even though I always order ahead on SkipTheDishes, most times it's an additional 10-15 minute wait.Well, last Thursday was the last straw! Was served the broccoli & cheddar soup that was expired - and they admitted should not have been served. 5 minutes after finishing the soup after I got home, I ended up vomiting the entire meal. So, at least I should be able to get back the money I spent on this meal, right?Nope. Store manager never called me back - I had to call her back today. I guess the shift manager Thursday thought it wasn't important enough to raise in the 4 days since. Store manager couldn't offer a refund since it was through Skip. Then Skip told me I couldn't get a refund since it was more than 48 hours since the order.I cannot stand businesses that refuse to see the forest through the trees - all I was asking for was a refund. They did offer me a free meal, for what could have been some serious sickness.No thanks - I'll take my business elsewhere to one that actually cares about its customers. Mistakes happen, and that is forgivable. Poor customer service is not.

AMAZING.I have a gluten allergy (Celiac) and they serve Schar gluten free rolls. Many of their meats & sauces are also gluten free and they were amazing with showing me their ingredient list booklet and helping me out. They were very friendly, patient and kind.The manager, Andrea, is very knowledgeable with allergies (and especially Celiac) and took extra precautions such as using fresh ingredient tubs and cooking the sub on tin foil, and taught her staff in the process.I will be back! Thanks so much!

It was amazing. 45 year old male that loves smoked meat and I am only finding about this place today.. Amazing people, atmosphere was fantastic. Beef cheddar brisket was absolutely perfect.Joanne the assistant manager let me know about the catering. I will be doing this for my employees for sure.10 out of 10

I just had the one of the most pleasant visits to this location I’ve ever had. I was greeted by Joanne at the counter who kindly took my order with a smile I knew was there, even through her mask. She made the visit fun as well. I hope my fellow “could have been Sean” sees this! Thanks again!

This is the worst firehouse franchise in the area. Consistent POOR SERVICE. Today, I placed an order over the phone and Amber took my order. When I got to the restaurant, Andrea cashed me out (as per the receipt). She was incredibly rude and practically threw my order at me.Once I got home and opened the sandwiches I noticed that one of them was not the sandwich I ordered (and paid a premium for). I called the restaurant to let them know, and the female on the phone seemed entirely apathetic and like she couldn’t care less. Her “I’m sorry” couldn’t have been more fake. Her only suggestion was to drive back to the restaurant (in rush hour traffic) to get them to “fix it.”You have one job: make the sandwich someone orders. Clearly you weren’t paying attention, couldn’t care less and hate your job. The restaurant was empty and did not look busy when I was there. I would have more sympathy if it was busy when I placed the order and something is more likely to slip through the cracks. However, these girls had no excuse other than laziness and not caring. Terrible. I will definitely not be returning.
