Wow wee pretty good. The baked goods need to improve and be more specialized like the rest of the store!! Ice cream and freezer section for dessert could improve as well. Great meat and produce!!

A little more expensive than other stores but great experience they have great hot food to take home as well as sushi my son loves it. Don't forget to look at cakes and stuff very good.

This store has really gone downhill in recent months. Not much of a selection of fresh food. They have old prepared foods sitting out for a long time, visibly getting old and stale. For the prices this store charges they need to do better. There are better, cheaper, private grocers in our community who provide better selection and service.

The Farm Boy in Kitchener does not honour the Sale Prices that are listed in their online flyer. I am extremely disappointed. Other then that they have great produce and meat

I love farm boy. The best freshest produce and meat. They have the best mushrooms and the deli counter and baked goods are super. The staff are always happy and friendly and knowledgeable. It's worth paying a little more for veggies that are always fresh, not drenched with water and mouldy. It's a great place to get excellent stir fries and delicious soups.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This is by far the WORST Farm Boy I’ve ever shopped at and because of this horrible experience and rude staff, I will never be shopping at this franchise ever again. The people who work here are so incredibly rude and also prejudice and discriminatory. I also watched someone who is an EMPLOYEE literally cut in front on myself and two other customers in line, just to check himself out. He was so disgustingly rude and was smirking about it after. Worse off, the cashier checking him out said nothing. Then the cashier I had, Yasmina, was grossly rude as well. She proceeded to toss almost all of the fragile items I bought, breaking and bruising items in the process. She then turned her back and started gossiping with the cashier next to her, without even telling me the order total, or even that I could use the machine, as she had ZERO interaction with me and did the same thing with the customers she checked out before me.Not to mention that when I tried calling the store manager after leaving, the guy who answered the phone refused to tell me who the regular store manager is. It’s just a bunch of rude, entitled kids who have no sense of customer service, or even just basic human decency. Good job at getting people to never shop there again and making them decide to the millions of other great groceries stores there are in the area.

Went to pick up some sandwich platters, pre-ordered several days before hand. Trays weren't done and or not available at that location. And while they now went all out to prepare the platters, at no point did anyone in charge come to us to tell us what was going on. We initially had to wander around the store asking any staff person we encountered. The delay was about an hour and while there was an apology and a free cookie platter included, where and when it counted most the ball was dropped.

Always a great selection of fresh food. I never have issues finding what I want here. I love their fresh made burgers, so yummy but does run a bit expensive. Your sushi is always fresh and love the sandwiches too.

One pot meal ideas at Farm Boy.Classic Chili Con Carne my way.I am Biker In A Burqua from Canada ??

Farm Boy continues to raise their own bar in quality, freshness and meaningful customer service. And, if it isn’t up to their standards, they fix it. When it comes to going the extra distance and making your shopping experience easy and memorable … they excel.“ It’s more than about the food” should be their slogan.
