Very nice place.Today I visited this place for the second time. Today we had Blizzard ice cream. It tasted so good. The staff is very polite.
I went in last week to get my first blizzard in years - while the top 1/4 was very tasty, the bottom 3/4, was just vanilla soft serve. I was not very pleased. I didn't spend over $7 for something that was just not mixed properly. I would suggest that they start to mix their blizzards all the way to the bottom, or they will lose customers
I used the drive thru to order a quick snack after shopping for groceries at the nearby supermarket. There was a special advertised on the sign at the drive thru offering a burger and fries for $5. That is what I ordered. I had ordered it many times before and felt that it was good value for the price. I placed my order and drove up to the pick up window. That is when I was told that the price had increased the previous day. I explained that I expected to pay the previous price because it was still advertised on their sign. Finally, the manager came and spoke to me and said that they had not had a chance to change the sign because it was raining out and she didn't want to make any of her employees go out in the rain. It was 4:30 p.m. and the rain had started about 4:00 p.m. That meant that the staff had a full day to change the price...but not done! When I insisted that making me pay the higher price was against the law, I was told that the cash machines had been re-programmed with the higher price. The cost was still good value and the food was tasty but I wonder what kind of a "rinky dink" manager is running this place!
I ordered a freeze today on door dash and instead of the usual slushy flavour I asked if they could blend it with the new pink punch slushy flavour as it wasn’t a menu item for the freeze anyways they actually made it and omg I had to recommend it to everyone I know it was soo good and I hope to see the item on the menu!! For future orders
This place is awful. Every time i go, my blizzard cup has greyish-black sludge on my outside of my cup because the workers clearly are not washing their hands enough. I worked fast food.. i would never give a customer a greasy cup. I let it go the first few times but it’s every time single time i go.Just got a cotton candy blizzard. There was peanuts, cookie dough, skor and chocolate bits in it… there is absolutely NO reason a peanut should ever be in my blizzard. They need to consider people with allergies and be more careful. Also just pathetic quality having a bunch of other toppings in the wrong blizzardI’ve seen them hand customers in the drive thru ice cream cones that are completely lopsided and the customer had to ask for another.. twice. I’ve seen them hand dripping ice cream over their hands and pass the mess off to customers in the middle of spring (not a hot day). They need to train their staff on quality control.
My young daughter went with a friend to this location today. They ordered 2 small blizzards and gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill. She was given 4 dollars and change in return. Taking advantage of children and taking their money is disgusting. Please let me know how my daughter will be receiving the rest of the money that was stolen by your employee this evening.
I have never left a review before. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences at places but I always chalk it up to the employees having a tough time. I understand that working in fast food is tough, but the consistent incompetence of the management at this location is absurd. I would personally drive 30 minutes to a different ice cream store, place it on the tarmac, run it over, then lick the ice cream off the tire of my car before I return to this Dairy Queen. I bet it would be better too.
Well we went to the pioneer location and what a horor show first they worn no gloves after placing our order and waiting apro 15 min thank godness i looked in our bag as they only got half our order right and then when confroted with there mistake the supervisor repeatedly screamed at us un front of her workers as well as other customers we Will absolutelyNeverReturn there againAnd even further I wouldn't have gave him this one star other than i had to to place this review
I don’t mind waiting for cars who order hot food as I am very patient even when you could have asked them to pull ahead. I do ask that you don’t make my frozen order ahead so it’s waiting when I get there.Please educate your staff to not do this. Maybe it’s common sense to me, but doing this gave us basically ice cream soup. 2 of us put ours in the freezer and it poured over as I had no idea how melted it was at the bottom. So thank you for the mess in the freezer as well. I didn’t use a coupon so this is what I got for $25. Anyone going there make sure they turn it upside down for you for the test.
My children were very excited to receive DQ coupons in the mail. They saved their money and brought their coupons to this location. When we arrived, the supervisor told us that children are not considered “customers”, and since we had 3 children and only 2 adults, they were not all able to use their coupons (due to the one coupon per person/day “rule”). In my opinion, this was very disrespectful and terrible customer service, as my children were using their own allowances to make purchases. I will not return to this location.
