Good drinking menu, kids don’t pay on sundays, it’s a good restaurant but I would suggest in going whenever something u like is the special of the dayThe offered crayons and paper for kids to paint, waitress was friendly and I got seated really fast, food was goodOverall I liked it, but i would still need to check other restaurants around to be able to tell which one is the best in town
We went for dinner tonight and we had the worst experience ever. The server took our verbal order and after waiting for one whole hour we didn’t get our food, she then comes back as she was the only server taking care of all the other table they very short of staff it was her and one more male server who was on the other side of the restaurant. Very rude not polite at all and once she had time she came to us and asked for our order again and she said she had forgotten what our order was. 45 minutes later she comes back again and said sorry we are out of lobsters, I told her we called before coming and made sure you had lobsters tonight and she said yes I remember you called and I did say we have lobsters but now we are out. I told her so you are telling me after one hour and forty five minutes. She said I was busy with other tables that’s why I didn’t have time. So we all had to change our orders and our food was even more delayed. My boys were very hungry after waiting for such a long time. Finally after two hours and twenty minutes we got our food but one of our order was still not correct. The experience at this particular branch in king street east in Kitchener was the worst one ever.Horrible service and the staff were very rude and not friendly at all. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would like the head office of this franchise to contact me.It has been so many days and no one had contacted me from your office so far. No one has even responded to my emails.
The food and drinks here are good. You have the option of sitting in the dining area which is pretty quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the bar area which has the games on TV. They have half price appetizers after 9pm and specials for the different days of the week. Our party tried the Lobster bowl and the Steak and Lobster which was part of the specials they had going at the time. Our server was very new and needed help answering a few questions we had but the service was prompt.
Crabby Joe’s is always a great place to chill at with friends and the staff is always so warm & welcoming. Tried their Lobster Bowl and it was pretty good. The appetizers are amazing as always and are also 50% off after 9pm. They have a great drinks menu and we tried Peach Island mini-pitcher which was yum! Definitely recommend this place.
Went for wing night. 4 of us all had wing. They managed to over cook everyone order. I asked if the had a new cook. Meet was very dry. Sad first time since the lock down. DisappointingLast time there they were very good.
What a wonderful drink menu. Oh I loved the variety of cocktails and wide range of flavors from blue mojito to old fashioned. The appetizers tasted awesome, specially mention of spinach dip - loved it. The entrée for me was veg burger but I look forward to trying their mushroom Sautéed pasta next time. And the best part was dessert that oreo chocolaty iceceream Sunday with chopped toasted almonds was heavens in a cup. Love the place, the service, and the menu. Great for casual dinner, family night or even a colorful drinks filled date night.
We were at this crabby joes location last weekend. Its not really a place for kids or sensitive people. The waitresses reveal a lot, it was like being at a hooters which I was ok with. What I was not ok with was two kitchen staff came out of the kitchen with no masks on. We won’t be returning.
First off, I understand it was busy, we were patient.When the food came before we got our drinks, it was okay. She forgot to bring water, so we asked again. To no avail. It never came after two requests. But it was busy, and we were patient. We gave up and asked for the bill. 15-20 minutes laters, now in a rush to try and leave, I hit 15% and tapped my card. She thanks me and I go to leave.Then I glanced at the bill.Overcharged by about $30.Plus I tipped %15 of that extra $30.Seriously?At this point, I just stormed out because I didn’t have another half hour to wait around to be acknowledged.At least the food was decent.Thanks for nothing.And never again.Sincerely,An extremely dissatisfied customer.
Our waitress was rude, it took forever for our food to arrive, the number of sides was incorrect, and they forgot the bring the beer we had ordered for a while. The wings were also mediocre.The asian waitress who received us was polite and nice, however.
Got the rib and wing combo and I got 4 ribs and 4 wings for $20. I can honestly say the ribs were the worst I've ever had. They were tiny and I'm almost certain they were bought frozen for $5 at a grocery store. I still can't believe it, I wish I could get my money back. Even the picture of my food looks like a joke, or like I already ate half the food (I didn't)
