The food is a great price, for what you get. I don't know why they don't have a healthier option on the menu, everything is deepfried. However, I can't count the amount of times I've been yelled at by a Costco employee, customer service skills need improving. Also, they've cut back on the sample quantity, hard. Trying to save a couple dollars where ever they can, inflation is a killer.
Not my favorite Costco as it lacks many items that are available at other locations. One major find today was this Sticky Fixx world best bbq sauce. I had ordered during the pandemic and was very stingy on using it as available stock very hard and expensive to find. This 940ml jar was under $10.00. EXCELLENT
It's a Costco - they're always well stocked, organized and well run. I usually don't wait in line more than 5 min to check out, despite the parking lot always being packed. Great garden centre.
Costco is such an amazing store. So Many things to buy I've never seen before. Haven't seen the "La Maison" salad dressing so I'm assuming it's a Costco thing. It's really good would definitely recommend.
Haven't been to Costco in years. Was fun to pick up a few unnecessary things. Box of cinimon buns..etc. But was nice time with my girl friend. The clerks where very friendly.
Unfortunately they treat there staff as a # other then people, they are not treated well, “ (American/rules/protocols)” being in Canada in Ontario this is sad to the employees that have worked here for many years! We are all people trying to make a life (not being taken advantage of) I will no longer support the good deal because of how they threat there Employees/customers! I’ll pay the extra at a store where the employees are appreciated for their hard work! Enough is enough especially during and after Covid! Dont be cheep and help the locals!
I received probably the best customer service in my whole life! The young Gentleman at the cell phone counter “J”was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. I was worried about making this purchase as cell phones upgrades are a big deal! He made the transition smooth enjoyable and gave me exactly the best arrangement tailored made for me! Costco you got a star on your hands! Great job and thanks J ????
Great prices, careful of the middle isles, they are much more pricey. My wife and I opted for Black Membership, which gives us a chance to greater deals. A great location for affordable bulk, produce and Vegan alternatives. Also if you eat it there is a great affordability for quick cooked meals at the exit.To share an experience my wife had, on our first day as members of Costco, my wife accidentally dropped our car keys in the sewer in the Costco parking lot...In minus degree weather, even if I felt confident clkmbing into the sewer I would have froze. We went to the customer service for help, explained the situation and a customer Service agent named Lucy helped us.First getting the manager, then getting a few volunteers from the Auto department to makeshift a magnet metal hanger and got our keys back.We will forever be grateful to the staff there and their helping us, not just with getting the keys back, but emotional supporting us at a very hard point in our lives.We know we can rely on Costco in Cambridge Ontario
Checked out 5:20 today Saturday March 12. Great shopping experience. Check out not so good. I went to put a box in my Cart to hold purchases and a lady dressed in black who worked there said "your too close back away from me.... You are so ignorant." I pulled the cart towards me to give her I hoped 6 foot distance. "why are you so ignorant. Why did you move the cart. That's so ignorant. You are so ignorant" I moved the cart back closer to her. "If you wanted a box you needed to ask me. "Its ignorant that you didn't ask me for a box" My only response was to say "I backed away like you asked" . I turned to my wife and told her I'll carry the boxes to the parking lot and transfer the purchases into them there. "ignorant so ignorant" heard again a few more times while we waited in silence. I pulled my phone out and took 30 seconds to try and get a video of this interaction but she turned and quickly left by the time I was ready. I asked the cashier to see a manager and was told that they were all in meetings. She did ask how she could help and I said i've just been called ignorant at least 6 times please pass that on.
Don't go here on weekends. The best time to shop is on weekdays after 1830 hrs or first thing in the morning. Smaller warehouse compared to Waterloo and they don't carry all the products. The staff is very helpful.
