Husband got a steak and fries and said it was perfect! His only complaint was not seeing a sauteed mushrooms and onions option for the steak (just mushrooms for $3.99). I ordered a 2 piece fish and chips to share with my 2.5 year old daughter, and we both enjoyed very much! The fish was perfectly crisp and not dry and overcooked like I find often happens with restaurants not famous for fish dishes. The portions were large and we happily struggled to finish it all between us! Server was efficient and food came to the table within 20 minutes of ordering. Will definitely return!
I enjoyed my visit here, the service was quick and the waitress was very friendly and kind. She helped with anything that was needed and was able to answer any questions I had.Unfortunately the food was really salty and it did take a toll on the overall experience but this would be a good place to take some friends to for drinks and game night. Lots of TVs and drinks to order from.
I scheduled pick up at 4:38pm and I received my food after 15 minutes of waiting… plus the staff/girls working there weren’t too nice to me when I was standing there and waiting for my food. One of them was trying to tell me that it is my fault and I was waiting for so long because I arrived too early - I arrived exactly at the time of my pick up. Food was very average. Plain steak(no salt), very dry ribs and fries. Corn was really greasy and not tasty.Edit:Today I visited the restaurant again and the experience was great this time. I ordered Porterhouse steak and it was simply delicious! Great taste and seasoning, food was ready on time and staff was kind and helpful. I'll definitely come back to the restaurant!
Not the greatest experience. Went last Tuesday night the 12th, and ran into a few problems. First was our server wasn't very friendly, mostly just transactional. When we ordered our cocktails they were very warm and clearly not shaken. Our second round of drinks came with a already squeezed lime.We also noticed the bartender leave the bar area unattended multiple times while there were guests seated. Kept on serving drinks to someone that had to be woken up.I understand staff shortages are a thing in these times, but it doesn't excuse quality of service.

food was great, server was great tonight, very nice and talkative, exactly what you would want from a server, while i was there i wanted to talk to a manager/boss to praise her but unfortunately there were none available, so if management sees this. Leonita deserves to be congratulated for her efforts and hospitality, definitely recommend this restaurant.
Aside from the Harley Guy..All good. Bartender was great.
Loved the place and ambience. The spinach cheese dip is excellent partner with drinks. The chicken tasted awesome. And my personal taste for any menu is the grilled cheese and I was happy with what I had on my plate. The bread was buttery and crunchy and cheese was like small flavor bombs in my mouth. Last but not the least I lived the chefs choice dessert, which was ice-cream Sunday with toasted almond chips. It made my whole evening lovely. Hope that I will soon visit again.
Tomato soup and fish and chips without the chips. I like that the fish is breaded and not battered. I upgraded my fries to tomato soup and hubby to onion rings which were good and not too greasy. A glass of wine for $5 cuz it is Friday and a beer! Always good to come to this location. Way better than Waterloo
My family and I were visiting out of town and decided to try Chucks, the food was good, the prices were decent but what really sold us and will have us come back every time we visit now is 100% the staff and servers! Our server Courtney was outstanding! Explained the menu and was careful to check if we had any dietary restrictions to help us choose a dish we would enjoy. Also had great knowledge on drinks and was able to find me a drink that really complimented our meal. Highly recommend and definitely request Courtney if you want a friendly, positive, attentive and knowledgeable server!
