They make the good smoothies, have friendly staff, and accommodating. I'll order an Ocean's Tide or Terminator once in awhile and they always make them great even though they aren't on the regular menu. Usually if I request this at different locations they don't taste very good.

This location is an unfortunate example of franchisee's cutting corners and not staying true to the brand standard to save a few cents. Both of the smoothies I received today were very liquidity and did not fill the cup.
The people at this location are fantastic hard working and made us a great smoothy. It was a busy location and we were served promplty and the location was very clean.
This location is best in Waterloo Kitchener area. I place an order from Uber Eats and They always put sweet notes on their booster juice cups. That certainly makes my day going...
