We've been going to this place for years and the service was always good but today the service was horrible and the food was the worst. We had to ask for everything. The server brought us Wings first, with no Napkins or wet wipes, not even utensils were brought until we asked for them. Me and my friend went for lunch and some drinks. We ordered Spinach dip, which was the worst I've ever had, lots of cream cheese and cheddar cheese barely any Spinach and was supposed to be served first, instead of Wings. Salad was good the veggie burger was good and the wings were awful ?. The food doesn't worth the price. We were so disappointed and don't think we'll be going there again

Came in today, and had a fantastic experience. A lot of people were on the patio because of a blues event, some lady at the door tried to charge me 10$ to get seated. The lovely manager came over and told the lady that was with the event to stop, which was appreciated. She sat me, and then my friends showed up, we had a fantastic time where our server maddy treated us fantastically. Our food came out quickly, and our drinks even quicker. Definitely the best patio in Kitchener/Waterloo, and even better staff. Would recommend, and will be returning frequently.

Was told they couldn't make a black velvet (Guinness and Strongbow) even though they have them both on tap. They were out of wings at 4pm. The kids menu offers a combo option of a juice, dessert, cup and toy for a $3 up charge. After ordering was told there was no dessert, and the cup and toy weren't mentioned. My wife and I received our food 8 to 10 min before our two children got their meals. At that time we asked about the cup and toy, the wait staff had no idea what we were talking about so we showed them on the menu. They asked a manager who informed us that they were out of those as well. The only reason this isn't a one star was the live music, which was excellent.

Terrible experience. Waitress was as dirty as the glasses and the bathrooms. Extremely rude staff. The original bad review I gave was less abrasive yet somehow ended in them contacting my employer. We all had a good laugh at how sad that was and my employer also shared his own bad story of terrible service and undercooked foodat this place. Also after hearing my complaint, a friend told me of a time his food hadn't come for an hour and when he asked staff what was taking so long they asked him to leave immediately.

Great place for drinks & awesome food. Always good service! I've been going for several years.

Husband and I love this place. Drinks are always yummy, and food is big enough portions you feel well worth the visit. Staff are great. Feels understaffed depending on the weather and time of day.

Cajun beef bytes and calamari were great with beer. Those specials are good as well.

What a fantastic place. They've converted the sand volleyball court to an outdoor dining area that is really nice. Umbrellas are a bit small so I sat in the sun while my companion sat in the shade. I had a plant burger....definitely the best I've eaten...accompanied by caesar salad which was equally as good. Highly recommenced. And Wed's are half price burgers to top it off! Our server and her support teach were top notch. I think I'm going to be back on a regular basis.

If you are a visitor looking for good food and beer this is not the place. No local beers and typical deep fried menu. Food will likely be served mostly not hot. They do have a large outdoor patio.

Wednesday night is for Blues. Great staff and good eats, thank you!
