I am changing my reviews after one year, I see a significant improvement in quality of service as well as the food. They could improve on the portions which are comparatively smaller. But overall i give a thumbs up. Enjoy good food.

Burrito is usually good been there multiple times but the restaurant itself was very dirty and needs to be cleaned. We looked around to find a table to sit at and food was spilled on all the tables, chairs and the floor. I went to the washroom to wash my hands so we could just eat in the car and the soap bottles even all black in the washroom. If these spots are dirty Im really scared to know what the kitchen looks like.
Decent burrito bowl. Good restaurant with sufficient seating and friendly operators.
I don't know why these people are talking trash about this beautiful establishment. I don't know what people want more than a fresh healthy hot burrito!!! Every time (about 20 times) I've been there, the workers were kind and helpful (for example I asked how hot the yellow peppers that were displayed were thy said they were mild) Any ways the burritoe are litrelly the best I've ever tasted, the service is kind and helpful the building is clean and professianl the food is healthy and made in front of you (subway style) WHAT is not to love?!
I went there a few times and must say that there is no standards maintained in the quantity of food served. One of the worst outlets I have experienced.Just to make sure that I am not jumping conclusions, I ordered exactly same item with same composition 4 times - different days, different time of day. And each time I was struggling to hold myself back from raising the issue with their manager. The quantity of rice or meat is too less compared to the quantity of sauces that they put on it. Coz they overload a simple burrito bowl with sauces it seems that they serve a full bowl which was not expected from a brand outlet like this.I urge the management to look into this and try to create a better balance between the main contents and the sauces that can justify the price tag on the menu.Also, you should stop charging the customers forced tips if they are not made aware of the charges. This is kinda fraud.I would visit them soon to find out and share if there is any positive outcome of this review.
Food isn’t bad but it’s franchised so that’s expected. However, the service is complete garbage. The employees literally look angry serving you. Don’t know what their issue is and it’s happened a few times. Won’t be back to this location.
Fresh and delicious. I have tried their burritos and quesadillas. Both are remarkably fresh and tasty!
