Drive through order. Quick service, easy to understand order taker, price fair, food was very good
Ordered 6 classic beef and cheddar and 8 mozeralla sticks from Highbury and Oxford in London I am from out of town got in my car and realized none of them had cheddar on them . Went back in and was told I was only charged for beef, I work in fast food for 40 years if you make the mistake you fix it without being charged. No apology no we will fix asked for additional 4.05 said I didn't bring my wallet in. Where I work we fix our mistakes even if it cost the restaurant
Arby's has removed alot of my favourites from their menu. No more great cookies or my roast beef and cheese Philadelphia style on a bun. Not interested in their lamb based and turkey gyro!
One of the most extreme waits and no real support for the trainie who had a hard time understanding orders, names, and finding things in the computer apparently after multiple times of being shown. Food was correct but was a lunch for work and ended being 2 people to order from my office and I was out for over an hour just waited and took about 10 minutes just to order my 1 order then 5 for the same exact order. Just a little frustrating when it should be fast food.
First time eating here, the place is incredibly clean, friendly cashier, food was hot and delicious for a great price.

I'm torn. This Arby's, food, and staff are great!! The worst, lowest quality product you have on your menu is the curly fries. It's been the last few years? Almost every one of the fries had some form of rot (not skin-big difference).I'm always hopeful I'll get decent, edible curly fries, but it's always such a disappointment.Please please please find another vendor who has a quality product. I'm tired of eating around the rot or throwing the fries out (they're so good). We do pay enough money, so I'm hoping you do a serious upgrade. (pic is just a small sample from tonight)
Today March 26, 2022 For the first time, we had lunch at ARBYS on Victoria Ave N. in Kitchener as we no longer have an ARBYS in Cambridge. We were so impressed with the Professionalism of the Employees, they were so friendly, patient, fast and helpful it was such a delightful experience. When it was not real busy these employees were busy cleaning and polishing all of the surroundings. By the way the washrooms were so clean we could have eaten off of the floor.We truly enjoyed the double stacked Reuben Sandwich and my wife had the chicken and bacon on a bun and both were exceptional. Great Job ARBYS in Kitchener We "WILL BE BACK"! The Bailey's from Cambridge.
Tried the drive thru at this Arby’s tonight. Big mistake. At the order station I ask for two beef and cheddar combos with curly fries and two diet cokes. Drive up to the window and the guy after a minute or two hands me a bag and one drink. I say you owe me another drink. My wife who is in the car with me says it’s ok I don’t need the Diet Coke. So I pull away and she looks in the bag and we’ve got two sandwiches and one curly fry. I head back to the window and and hand the guy back the bag and say that’s not what I ordered. He says he can’t take the bag back. I say I want my money back. I ask him if he’s new to the order window, he says no. Moral of this story - don’t go to this location. Very disappointing.
Great tasting fast food compared to other options. Im a fan of deli style sandwiches over burgers but I still want my fries
