Probably the SLOWEST A&W I have ever been to. I often go here on my way to work for breakfast but out of more than 10 times I have been there; not even one single time did I not have to wait atleast 15 minutes. It's fast food for a reason for goodness sake! I am generally understanding if it's one off or if they seem busy, but the funny thing is this location is the least busy of all A&Ws I have been to. Even their drive thru is terrible. You still gotta go into the parking lot to wait!The food is like any other A&W and I have no complain about it but the staff are cold and EXTREMELY SLOW ?. The only reason I still waste my time on this location is because it is the only one towards my work. As of recent I am going to Tim hortons beside it because although the lineup is usually long; I still find it faster than going to this A&W.
I love your chubby chicken sandwich and the onion rings. They're the best.
This location never fails! Have always received speedy and friendly service from the staff.Try their new lattes if you get a chance - I'm finding myself at A&W more than Starbucks now
I couldn't take pictures because I'd already started to dig in to the delicious food! A&W had always been a favorite restaurant because of the quality and selection of vegetarian foods, and this location always has the best quality. the staff is super friendly and go above and beyond often. My partner and I love this location.
Not all Quick Serve Restaurants are operated on a 5-star level but this one certainly stood out!- Crew members are incredibly friendly- Great food, all of their food is sourced sustainably and I was surprised to learn that all of the food ingredients are all-natural ingredients (hard to believe but they are big on sustainability and all-natural ingredients) It is reflected in their instore communication-Food Quality was good!- They have a new coffee program and their coffee tastes amazing, I work in the coffee industry and I can attest to it better than Tim's Coffee- Free Wifi-Clean Dining rooms
Good food as expected, but the friendly customer service that is over the top sets them apart. There was a mistake made on my to go order last time I was there. They realized their error and before I even got to my car they ran out with the proper item and many apologies. Service like that will always bring me back thank you
This restaurant has best service and I just took my food after my work because it was hectic schedule and when I went at 1130 and the girl at drive-through she give me best customer service I appreciate you guys❤️
I've always loved A&W breakfast good way to start your day right
Just ordered a burger at around 12 AM. Instructed them to put a Hashbrown instead of the beyond meat patty as I am a vegetarian and they have no other options. They send me a note and a half cooked weird smelling beyond meat patty don't know what to do with this.Staff and the service is awesome. Hope you find a career you are interested in and show some efforts there.
Showed up at 9pm, sign said open, but i waited at the drive through order station for 5 minutes and no one came. When I drove over to the window, I could not see anyone in the restaurant. As I started to pull away someone showed up and I drove back through the drive thru to put in my order. When it was placed and paid, I was asked to pull forward to wait .... I was the only one there and it took 12 minutes for my burger, fries, and a bottle of water.
