overall descent food but sometimes the service is insanely slow even for small orders. Sometimes I go in and they have 2 people working in the entire place at one time. How are you supposed to have a functioning "fast" food place when you have one person making food and the other person having to do the cash register for BOTH the drive through AND inside restaurant, it's foolish.
I love that my kid with allergies can safely have a full kids meal at A&W! Also tried the root beer slush this time and I am obsessed! They are so refreshing and sweet and wonderful for summer.
I visited your restaurant on highland road last night and ordered 2 mozza burger combos, specifically requesting fresh fries because the last time I ordered they were cold...so this time fries were absolutely disgusting and the burgers seemed to be day olds...poor service but I had greater expectations.
I just used a 2 teen burgers for 8.99 coupon I got in the mail and they still charged me full price. I realized when I looked at the receipt when I got home. I have been robbed by this company and their coupons
I went to this location on Tuesday with some old friends of mine and let me tell you I have never seen such good service. The food was good they got my order right m. All my friends agreed with me. But there was one young girl I believe her name was “iman” or “eman” she was the best she too my order efficiently and quickly brought over my food with a good attitude and genuinely seemed happy to be there. She brought over our teas and coffee with a smile then at the very end I was pretty satisfied I asked her if I could tip her and she said “no it’s my job to provide you the best care possible” and she would not take my tip. She is a very good employee and this location is the best I have been to great management and amazing staff!
Long drive through wait time, made me feel panicked to talk to them.Got my order, no straws for either drinks.Tasted the burger, drenched in ketchup.Got to the onions rings and was disappointed. The seasoning was missing, and it was litterally like eating dry calories.Will pass by it next time I'm hungry.
A&W is my go to fast food option because their food always tastes super fresh and feels a bit healthier than places like McDonalds (don't quote me on that). The chicken burgers are my favourite and if you use the online/mailer coupons its not too expensive.
I would like to dedicate all these 5 stars to their yesterday night team member AKHIL (dnt know if spelled the name right or not). We were amazed by his customer service.. was craving poutine day before yesterday and went there to have it in the night unfortunately they were out of gravy.. i was so dissappointed that we leave from their without having anything so yesterday we went their again to have some burger.. and was amazed how he quickly realize that we came their before and he apolozised for that nd offer us free poutine with the takeout. I will say i am amazed by his excellence service.. and will surely never forget this.

Do NOT order here!! I order food here through door dash. The gentlemen that drove our food did everything right. He picked up the sealed bag that A&W had packed. His job is not to pack the order. I was missing a burger, so I called this A&W asking for the burger they missed and “Omen” “Amen” whatever her name was refused to make another burger. I even offered to come drive to the store to pick it up (which literally defeats the whole purpose of paying $7 delivery) and she still said “it wasn’t her problem”. I get it was night shift but she didn’t even say sorry or try to make it better or do anything about it. It wasn’t door dashes fault it was A&Ws. I had 4 witnesses that could attest to us missing a burger and she said she “wasn’t able to make one because she couldn’t see the bag” like what kind of reason is that, why would I call and lie about missing a $4 burger?? She literally had the order in front of her on the iPad to see we ordered 5 burgers and they only packed 4. Terrible service!! Do better!!
