It was okay the burger was good but they were out of onion rings, which was the whole reason I went there. They have the best onion rings but had none in the store and it was only 4pm.
Been going here for the longest time but lately every experience has been disappointing. I have had to drive here myself almost every single time I have made any order because of missing items and whenever I have made the drive over I’m told that I’m wrong. As well the quality of food at this location has seemed to go down quite a bit. Overall disappointed with this location.
Food was great. I eat here when I’m working night shift and employees are always pleasant and always have fresh food, even after midnight.
Food is good, but it is the slowest AW or fast food place you can go through. If you have the time, great! If not, come again another time!
Our burgers didn't seem to have the flavors I remember that made it different from othe burgers. Tomatoes had no taste. Meat seemed to be like it was a different meat.
1:43am and I'm craving a Teen Burger, know who doesn't let me down?? A&W!!!! They're not like their loser competition and close up shop come 10pm.Always grateful to be able to catch a burger in the middle of the night, the best part, still made fresh and hot enough to melt the cheese, agaun, unlike their loser competition.Love you A&W
I stopped by today hoping to use my coupons for a classical breakfast. Some locations refuse to make it after 11am, I am so happy and thankful to say they were happy to make it fresh for me at almost 2pm. You have won me back with the classic breakfast being served after 11am. Thank you so much!!! You should tell other locations to follow suit. I love the classic breakfast!
Food is usually pretty good. The only thing that put me off from this location is that both of the orders of onion rings weren’t full and I saw the cook PHYSICALLY take out an onion ring from one of the bags with NO GLOVES. She touched other food items and didn’t have gloves on. You’d think in a pandemic you’d wear gloves, especially handling food
Service is slow as hell. I am the only car in drive thru and I am asked to "give them a moment". Sure I am fine with 5 mins. But come on 15 mins. I had to honk my horn a couple times. "Sorry for the wait" I am sure you are. Staff is the problem. Food is fantastic. i ordered 2 buddy burgers with chicken and asked them to add extra lettuce and sauce, on Wednesday 7:45pm on 10th November . When i got home i saw there is none added to it. Highly disappointed with the service even though there is no rush at all.
