Edit: on response from the owner (and thank you for that) I am increasing my rating to 4 stars. I did not know I should be asking to have sauce mixtures combined since in the past I have not had to do this. Asking is no issue though, so I can do this going forward. Thanks also for the clarification on dipping sauces and carrots + celery not coming with wing dinners. Cheers
This was a total disappointment of an experience. Four different flavours of wings, none particularly stood out, they were all just ok flavour-wise. Some were so over dressed it had to be scraped off to be enjoyable, not to mention everything was cold. Check out the photo of my “basket of fries”, you can count how many fries are in there because that’s how little came in the order. There also didn’t seem to be a lick of salt on them. We had to season them and broil them in the oven to make them edible, all 10 fries that were included, that is. Best part, it cost me $9.50 for this, obviously overflowing, basket of fries!! Will certainly not be returning.
Very good customer service. I called after I didn’t get my entire order, Skip had messed up. They person on the phone was so kind and made sure my proper order would be sent out right away. Definitely going to order straight from the restaurant from now on.
I ordered 3lbs of wings; I got 2lbs and some ounces(16oz in a pound). I went by their menu and what they advertised. I spoke with the manager, a very nice gentleman and agreed with my dissatisfaction but still felt ripped off.
I had called this evening to place an order for pickup at 7:53 as it states online it is open until 9. The gentleman I spoke to was short and rude stating they close at 8 which I said okay your online says 9 at which he responded and told me we are closing and said thanks for letting me know as if he were in a rush and hung up. Update your hours if this is the case!
We had a wonderful waitress. The best I've ever seen. I was very impressed with her.

Overall experience was poor, not just one thing. The atmosphere and service were very unwelcoming and the food itself was very bland. Had 2 different flavors, both were mediocre at best. Will not be returning.
Oh my 2 pounds of wing 32 dollars I should of went to Costco there much better wings and I can put my own sauce on them so I think I got 14 wings and they tasted freezer burned and over cooked hard to get the meat off the bone so disappointed! Never will I go there again! Costco is 30 wings for 20 dollars ! And so worth it!
