I went here a few months ago and when I walked in, the staff consisted of three girl teenagers. I could see them all standing together and laughing and they instantly stopped talking and just stood there staring at us, no greeting at all. Then we go to look at the menu and all three of them just stood there staring and after a few seconds, two of them started laughing as we were just trying to read the menu and figure out what we wanted. I then asked them about one of the flavours and they all just stared for a few seconds before one of them finally answered. I felt very uncomfortable and judged so I ordered as quickly as I could and left. The ice cream was good but not great, I wish I could've read the menu better and picked a flavour that actually sounds good to me but after feeling that uncomfortable and being laughed at for literally just reading the menu, I wanted to get out of there. I have been here before during the day when they are a bit busier and my experience has been better but ever since this encounter, I go to Mio Gelato which is just a few doors down and they have more variety and really good lactose free options
When you have a late night ice cream craving on a Sunday — they got your back. Super friendly staff. Great delicious choices. Crunchy happy waffle cone always worth it.

This is the first time, I visited white mountain icecream , I love it. I went twice within 1hour. Best icecream I ever had. Supervisor was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended this place.
Super creamy ice cream with friendly service and decently large sizes for their price. I got the espresso one and really loved the mix of vanilla and the toffee together. They also have a cute ice cream themed bench outside as well as some tables if you wanted to take pictures.
The last time I had this ice cream I was in fifth grade. I still to this day talk about how delicious it is. The smell of fresh made waffle cones as you walk in the door and the ability to watch them make ice cream. All of the delicious flavor combinations! Just to let you know, fifth grade was in 1991. I'm so glad to see that you guys are still open and maybe one day I'll make it back and relive my favorite ice cream.

Delicious flavors!Such a cute little spot, perfect for a sunny day. Staff is very friendly and always happy to answer all your questions. The main thing I love about this place is history. Such a magical story behind it. Definitely recommend!? Can get busy at rush hour but it's worth it!
